LED Ceiling Light, 24W, High Lumen 2200LM, Waterproof IP54, Daylight White 5000K, Energy-Efficient, Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedroom, Porch, Flush Light with Long Lifespan

In the last week (early January 2023) I have had to replace three old "D type" flourescent fittings with these units and they are a much better light and significantly brighter too. More pure white/daylight white than the old warm white flourescents, but that is a good thing in a barthroom. I've only had them installed couple of days, but so far so very good. If they start to cause any problems later I will amend this review. Installation is quite straight foreward but here's a tip: the light fitting fits over a metal bar that attaches to the ceiling, the unit is light enough so that simply using the supplied wallplugs and screws in plaster board works well and no need to hunt for a joists to get a decent fixing. Then the fittng itself attaches to the metal bar with two small screws. They are a bit fiddly and it helps immensely if you first screw them into the bars a couple of times to make them less stiff when you come to mount the fitting itself. I did this before I installed the metal bar and it made mounting the fitting much easier. So, if you want a new LED round light fitting I very much reccomend this unit.

I bought this for my garage to replace an old fluorescent tube light that was just gopping electricity. This unit took 10 minutes to fit, 8 minutes of which was removing the old light. A simple two wire block connection and a couple of screws and it was up. It is brighter than my older light, it seems to use about 5% of the electricity that my old light used too!! I must have wasted ££'s over the last couple of decades by leaving my garage light switched on and never realised. I do now. :-) I can opt to leave this on, or switch it off and either way it costs me fractions of a penny rather than £'s . I can see better too - where is any bad?

Bought when on a deal. The build of the main body is cheap and cheerful, but equally not poor quality for the price range. Easy to fit. The light is surprisingly bright, the rated 2000 lumens seems right. I would say this is maybe too bright for being used where you may end up looking towards the light directly (ie low ceilings or wall fittings), but the spread of light is reasonable. Having only just purchased I can't say what the durability is like.

The Solmore light is as described and is still working after two weeks use hence hopeful of a long life. With an existing flat surface and two mains wires (live and neutral), the light is easy to install. The supplied bracket screws to the ceiling and connects to the main wires. The light itself then simply slides onto the bracket. The light is indicated as 5000 K which means it gives a fairly harsh white light. While this is fine for a bathroom or possibly a kitchen, it may be undesirable for a living area such as a lounge, dining room or bedroom. The light is relatively small (230 mm diameter) hence at 2200 lm, quite intense. It was bought to replace a 24 W, 1500 lm Sylvania SylCircle light which was 380 mm diameter and had been installed over an existing rose fitting. Hence, for ease of installation, the new Solmore light was fitted inside the Sylvania light diffuser.

This is a great and simple designed light, the install is very clever, you fit a small connection block to your ceiling or wall, and wire this into the power supply. There are 2 press fir connections to aid this . Then the main light body just slides onto the connection block and clicks I to place. The light output is great its very bright and a very white light it would be ideal for bathrooms hallways garages ectbut not for cosy feel as you want a warmer color light. Ovr all a decent product

This light is fantastic. The reviews made me take a punt to buy it and I have absolutely no regrets. It's excellent value for money. It's light in weight and very easy to install. I like the unique way the light slides onto the fitting making it sit flush against the ceiling. The reviews I read said it was bright but I wasn't prepared for this. I previously had spot lights that were great but compared to this, it beats them hands down. The spot lights cast a shadow as they were at different angles. With this, the light is spread evenly over the whole bathroom. I am definitely buying more.

Surprisingly excellent! I just wanted a cheap light until I could look for a good one, but this one is amazing, especially for the price! Really bright, clean white light, easiest install I've ever done. If I do replace it for a fancier looking light, this one will certainly be used elsewhere. Materials are fairly cheap plastic, but it is overhead and not a focal point, so really not a problem. Time will tell if it stands the test of time, but given I paid over £100 for the previous light which lasted less than 3 years, it is surely value for money! Highly recommend.

As a result of installing an electric up and over garage door, I needed to relocate the light in my garage to a location that's not central, meaning I'd need a brighter light to light up the extremities. I'd done some research and came across this light and decided to give it a go. I am very impressed with this light. Without question, it's THE easiest light fitting I've ever installed. It's a very bright light and easily lights up the other side of the double garage. I'm that impressed by this light that I've just ordered another one for the attic.

È stato un ottimo acquisto, che pare abbia aumentato le dimensioni della stanza! Io l'ho messa al posto di uno di quei lampadari ingombranti ed appesi e la differenza è visibile; ottima luce e si installa in un attimo perché pesa poco e non richiede agganci accessori. Dalla foto spero si capisca che fa luce quasi quanto il sole al mattino, al netto del diverso colore ovviamente

Top kwaliteit, super tevreden mee al 3 jaar in gebruik

Ich hab mir die Lampe gekauft weil ich eine kleine (flache) aber dennoch helle Lampe für den Flur brauchte. Hier bei Amazon als Blitzangebot für 15€ gefunden. Was kann ich über die Lampe sagen? -Lichtfarbe ist kaltweiß -Durchmesser ist 23,5cm und Höhe ist 3,6cm -Befestigungsmaterial wird komplett mitgeliefert (geht zur Not da die Lampe sehr leicht ist) -Montageanleitung ist dabei in Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch und Spanisch (Deutsch komplett im Bild 7 zu sehen) -Wasserdichtigkeit lt. Anleitung IP54 Angeschlossen wird die Lampe nur mit Phase und Nullleiter, den Schutzleiter braucht man nicht da keinerlei Metallteile am Gehäuse zu finden sind. Man schraubt einfach die Halterung (siehe Bild 2) an die Wand/Decke, schließt die 2 Kabel an und schiebt dann die Lampe auf die Halterung und fertig. Man kann sie jederzeit einfach wieder vom Halter runterschieben um sie zu reinigen. Es ist nur schwer möglich dabei an die Kontakte des Halters zu kommen (Bild 4+5), trotzdem vorher Lichtschalter auf Aus stellen oder besser über die Sicherung die ganze Leitung stromlos machen. Meiner Meinung nach reicht das Licht für Räume bis etwa 20qm aus. Kommt drauf an wie hell es sein soll. In meinem 5qm Flur ist es mehr wie nur hell, ideal wenn man mal was kleines, runtergefallenes sucht. Im Testaufbau hab ich die Leistungsaufnahme gemessen und laut Messgerät waren das am Anfang 23,8 Watt. Das deckt sich mit der Herstellerangabe, das hab ich schon anderes gesehen. Ich hatte die Lampe etwa 1 Stunde so im Betrieb und die Leistungsaufnahme ist dabei langsam auf 23 Watt gesunken mit steigender Temperatur. Auf der Rückseite wurde die Lampe schon gut warm, ich schätze mal 50 Grad. Die Vorderseite war nicht so warm (da kann die Wärme auch in den Raum abgegeben werden), ich schätze mal 40 Grad. Im Inneren wird es noch mal deutlich wärmer gewesen sein, was nicht unbedingt für eine lange Haltbarkeit im Dauereinsatz spricht. Aber im Flur wird das schon halten da die Lampe dort nur ein Paar Minuten an ist. Was noch zu sagen ist: die mitgelieferten Dübel sind meiner Meinung nach Plastikabfall, kauft gleich was brauchbares z.B. von Fischer dann hält das Ding bombenfest an der Decke/Wand. Von mir gibts 5 Sterne da ich nichts finden konnte was einen Stern Abzug rechtfertigen könnte. Falls das hier informativ war dann drückt doch kurz auf NÜTZLICH, Danke

Super produit. Compatible toute pièce car discret. Éclairage puissant sans éblouissement. Pose très simple et rapide avec système très ingénieux de bloc à fixer et ensuite on glisse le luminaire. Poids très faible donc fixation légère. En bref, après 3 achats, je suis très satisfait.
