I was very reluctant to order this chair only because the reviews were mixed, after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance, I need a comfortable office chair that is good on the back as I work from home. I'm so glad I did. The chair was everything I'd hoped for, the unique back has a padded lumber you can put out to fit your comfort level. It was super easy to put together, I did it by myself in 15 minutes, it's very sturdy and made well. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a comfortable office chair with the focus on back support.

I have had a few office chairs in my day. But, being only 5'2", I never found one that really fit me...before now! Once it was assembled, I sat down and literally said, "ahhhh!" I can put my feet flat on the floor! The armrests fit under my desk! The lumbar support actually sits where it should on me! I have short legs, a short torso, short arms, basically the whole munchkin thing and this chair feels so nice! I tell you, it might be wrong to be this excited over office furniture, but I don't even care. I do think it may not work for you if you are over a certain weight/size. Check the seat width measurements to make sure it will fit you well. I'm an average weight and am very comfortable. If you have a long torso, the lumbar may not be in the right spot for you, so consider that as well. The color is nice, a very elegant-looking "greige" leaning more to the beige side. I think it looks really nice for the price point. The seat cushion is very comfortable so far, but I haven't spent hours and hours in it yet. If it becomes less comfortable over time, I will update the review. I didn't have much trouble assembling the chair, though I do think it would be faster and easier with two people. The hardest part was putting the back on, since if you are alone, you have to balance it carefully to line the screw holes up, and it is awkward. If you assemble it on your own, I suggest putting the two bottom screws in first to stabilize, then going back and adding the top ones on each side. Since I just got the chair, I can't speak yet on its durability long-term, but I'll update my review if it doesn't hold up. I plan to be proactive in caring for the bonded leather to protect it from peeling, so hopefully, I can enjoy the chair for a long time!

I work from home teaching and tutoring online. During my working hours, I am sitting without lots of breaks to stand up and move around. It was really taking a toll on my lower back, so I decided to buy a proper office chair that would provide ergonomic support. But I also didn't want the typical ugly black office chair, so I was happy that this chair came in a beige color that fits in well with the décor of my home office and looks good on Zoom. The material is soft faux leather, which I like... none of that woven material that collects odors and stains. It swivels, rolls and reclines like a typical office chair. A great bonus is that the arms flip up, which is good for when I want to sit cross-legged. There is a lower back support that you can adjust outward to meet your back, but I wish it also moved up and down. The chair is very comfortable. It was a bit difficult to put together, specifically attaching the back to the base seat. The holes where the chair parts connect weren't predrilled through the faux leather, so I had to feel for the holes and poke my own through the material. I had to fight with it a bit to get the perfect connection. But it was all worth it in the end. It's a great chair!

My back used to ache by 2 PM. With this chair's adjustable lumbar support, I can finally make it through my full workday comfortably. A solid home office upgrade.It's sturdy and doesn't feel like it'll tip. Happy with the black color.

Not one to write reviews but this chair was delivered on time and the package/ box was in the same shape as when it left the warehouse. Chair was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. The leather looks to be of nice quality and the color is consistent throughout the chair. The seat of the chair is at a very comfortable height and overall very satisfied with the product. One thing that I did do is installed a better roller wheel as I don't like the plastic ones that were supplied in the package. The wheels that shipped obviously would work but just my preference. I would recommend this office chair and would consider purchasing again if I need another. Thanks and Good Luck!

I’ve had this chair for about two years now, and it’s been fantastic. I work from home and easily spend 50+ hours a week in it, and it’s just as comfortable and supportive as the day I bought it. The seat cushion hasn’t flattened, the back support keeps my posture in check, and the build quality still feels solid. It adjusts easily, looks great in my office, and really helps me get through long workdays without back pain. You can tell it’s well-designed and made to last. If you’re on the fence, just get it — you’ll be glad you did. This chair has truly been worth every penny.

I like cozy and cute. My workplace actually got me this chair a few months ago. My back gets sore working at a desk all day. The bigger deal is my bottom. I’m 28, so it shouldn’t be a problem, but it was for about a year. Since this chair, I have had no issues in that department. I bought this specific purchase for at home because I loved it so much. (So now I have 1 at work and 1 at home). I have a black chair at work and the beige/tan one at home. I’m 5”1’ and absolutely love this chair! It has controls that allow you to rock (or not) and my feet can reach the ground when lowered (this is actually such a big deal for me). Overall, I absolutely love this chair. And it’s not bulky, so I don’t feel like it takes up a bunch of space. Assembly wasn’t bad. You can probably do it by yourself, but it’s much easier with light assistance. Very sturdy/durable. I have no wear and tear and I’ve had this for months now.

I bought this ergonomic chair for use with my dining table, as I spend a fair amount of time each day with my 75 year old body sitting in it. It arrived in fine condition, assembled quite easily, has great leather-like skin and just-right padding in all the right places. One year later, this chair - with all of the use it has gotten - is in exactly the same fine condition as when it arrived. That is to say: no signs of wear, no flattening of the padding and it remains as comfortable as ever! I really like the taupe color. Yes, it does look just a little weird with the three dining chairs, but at my age, I could care less. I double my dining table as a desk and the entertainment system is across from the table. My poor back really loves this chair! The adjustable ergonomic back support actually works. I thought a long time about adapting an ergonomic office chair to my dining set, and after a year's use of this particular chair, I have absolutely no regrets. I would not hesitate to buy this chair, or any other product from this manufacturer. Edit at 2 1/2 years: December, 2024 I am reducing this chair to 3 stars because I think an office chair of this price should last more than 2 1/2 years. At this point, it still looks like it has little superficial wear, (no scratches or stains: the pu leather cleans beautifully) except that the seat cushion has gradually collapsed to the point that the surface feels hard and whatever is in there (springs? Lumpy filling?) makes my butt really uncomfortable! I weigh 180 pounds. The seat cushion is flatter, just looking at it, and it looks and feels like I'm now sitting lower on the right side. Because of that, when I'm seated, the lumbar support is higher up on my back. My back now hurts in this chair. At this point, I'm not throwing the chair out, but I'm thinking of finding an upholsterer to redo the seat cushion. Meanwhile, I just spent a lot of time looking to order what I hope is a better new chair on Amazon. I had tried putting a cushion on the current chair, but I already had it set at the lowest height because of my 5'6" body. The cushion raised the seat too high. I think I ordered a better new chair at a lower price, partly because the height adjustment goes lower. As a result, if the seat cushion on the new one eventually flattens, I can put a cushion on top without raising the seat too high. Meanwhile, as I sit waiting for the arrival of my new chair, my butt feels like I'm sitting on a towel stretched over a bed of pebbles. Maybe the problem is my old butt...but... nah... If you don't mind this chair mushing out under you after 2 1/2 years, I would go for it. I enjoyed mine while it lasted, except for the last months. 5 stars for 2 years; 3 stars thereafter.

Really pleased with the chair. It has a nice high back, but don't go into it expecting head or neck support. Strong, supportive base, though I did buy wheels that are rubber and more high end separately. The seat isn't as wide as I had expected, so likely unsuitable for a heavy set or wide hipped person. The height lift can be locked into place, but the tilt cannot. It is not breathable, but you should already know that based on the material. Very easy to assemble, though heavy, so required a second set of hands at a certain point. The only issue I had is that a couple of the screw covers wouldn't fit into place, even with a bit of hammering- which is over all not a big deal. Easy to operate and comfy!
