Do these spacers come with lugs?

They arrive as pictured. A set of nuts that holds the spacers in place and then you use your own lugnuts to hold your wheels on. Nothing extra was required.

is blue the only color??

We also have black spacers with 1.5" thickness.

If i purchased a used set will i be able to return them if i don't like the condition they come in? it does give an option for a return.

What are the torque spec for these?
