Nintendo eShop Cards are redeemable only through the Nintendo eShop on the Nintendo Switch, Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS family of systems. Card balances can be shared across Nintendo Switch, Wii U and Nintendo 3DS family of systems, but may only be used on a single Nintendo eShop account.

More expensive but only way to do it digitally
For noobs, you need to change your location in the Nintendo account to America or Europe (preferably America, as they get better discounts). Then you can access the Eshop in India or any other country where the Eshop is not available. Use the code you get after buying these digital codes to add funds in your Eshop account. Then you can use to buy games/dlc online and also buy the online subscription. But remember only one single user in a single console can use the online features , so buy the family subscription if you have more than one console or more than 1 user/account on a single device (as the family subscription allows 8 users the online functionality - as far as I know in a single device.)

Overpriced
50 usd being sold for more ₹5000. Lol. Not gonna fall for that when actual price is less than ₹4000.

Not Worth it
Actual price of 50 usd in INR is 3700Accepted max price of product 4500Not at all worth it for more than 5000 when actual worth of product is 3700Instead buy a physical copy, or add money directly to Nintendo account using Credit card. It would be way cheaper.Charging 1600 more than the actual worth is too much. It should have been a reason able deal.
