They were really good guy and they work well for what I need them for I've been able to slowly start working out and it is something that I have been wanting to do for over 2 years but due to health conditions I was unable to now things are where I'm able to and these are a great beginning exercise tool

This is a nice set of bands. Perfect for at home or on the road workouts. They are a little thinner than what you might find in a brick and mortar gym, but they serve their purpose very well.

Good value for the money. Thicker as the tension raises when choosing between extra light to extra heavy. However, the extra light one hasn't seemed to retain its shape. That seems to be more stretched out.

I got this to replace the odd set I had from my physical therapy. I have to say that these are easier to use, easy to clear, and great for kids. I have to say that these have helped me with my knee problem.

These weren’t my favorite bands to use. The quality feels poor as if they are going to snap on me. They come in a variety of colors and how much you can stretch with them but as I used them, they kept rolling down and it became irritating. Overall would not recommend buying these.

This definitely works! In the month since delivery my son has already gotten noticably stronger and more agile for football...perfect for low impact workout at home or on the go

I am so happy with this purchase. This makes working out so much easier. The bands have different resistances, so you can find use for all!

Two of the bands look like there about to break, so am being extra careful with those. But overall they serve there purpose.
