The manufacturer is noted on the box in Samara, Russian Federation. The distributor I received them from in my most recent order, August 2020, was in Ohio, as I am, so delivery was fast. I now have the Fish, the Lion, the butterfly & the Owl in different sizes. They are all the same great color, fit & quality.

Do the small-sized puzzles fit into the box lid where it is carved out?

The small puzzle is significantly larger than the carved out section in the lid.

One of the pieces in my puzzle is broken, what do I do?

I have had a lot of wood puzzles and rare broken piece - I used superglue with spray accelerator. 1 I had to glue to the piece next to it but it worked great. Some companies can send you exact duplicate if you send piece back.
