I bought this cinnamon to mix in my coffee. It has a good strong cinnamon flavor but it doesn't mix well. There is always a lot of cinnamon at the bottom of my cup when I finish my coffee. So I use less then the teaspoon I originally used to compensate.

Ceylon Cinnamon is deemed to be more bioactive than regular cinnamon found in grocery stores. I have switched to Ceylon and I have been getting better overall results. Well packaged and I expect to stay with this supplier. Recommend
