I actually use this torch for two reasons. 1st, to put my hens away at night. 2nd, to help me around the house in the evening just to save on electricity. Now I would of put 5 stars but even though it’s not on long I’m finding I have to charge it up every day and that is what takes the longest time

The lights themselves are OK and fairly bright but the design of the case is bad and flimsy looking. The fold-out panels were loose and at least one of the panels kept flopping back down so wouldn't hold its position. The metal wire stand is terrible and looks like it would last 5 minutes before breaking. The whole lantern is very top heavy and kept falling over. If you just use it without opening anything up it's OK but then you might as well just buy one of the more torch like designs. The whole fold out design needs a rethink on this one.

Easy to charge with the short usb lead that comes with it.Used as a nightlight during a camping trip, it lasted the whole night obviously lost brightness as batteries drained but still had a little glow in the morning!Different settings are good I particularly liked the 3 arms that come outwards - really bright.

Like- indoor use perfect- it is bright, can be hung up very versatile little torch.Dislike- no covering on USB port therefore not suitable for use in the rain or at seaupdate- used in the rain last week and it hasn't worked since - really indoor use only! If I purchased again I would keep it in doors!

Never used it, just got it out of my cupboard for the first time to take it away with me this weekend and it wont even turn on, ive tried charging it but it doesnt work

Unfortunately this light had to be returned as the USB port was damaged. I was able to use it before it lost its charge and it was ideal for use on the beach in the dark!

No more batteries needed as micro usb rechargeable. You can use as a torch on high or low settings (or flash) or as I will when fishing as a lantern so I can see what I am doing with the 3 cob lights (& torch beam if required), instead of just sharing the light everywhere around me which isn't always wanted, I can focus all the light into 1 direction, can be a little top heavy but the wires are easily stuck in the sand or mud (or could be hung from, such as the hook on my tripod) or weighted with pebbles etc. It is compact so easy to pack and take places, and can double up as a power bank to charge your phone so you can let your partner check in with you.
