Very good flavor for baking, smoothies, or as instant hot coffee. A little goes a long way, so worth the cost.

I bought this to use in a coffee ice cream recipe. I used about 2.5 tablespoons for a quart of ice cream and the flavor was very very strong, not in a bad way. The ice cream quickly disappeared. The powder is very fine so I did have to use an electric whisk when mixing it into condensed milk. Decent value for size, sealed and no clumps. Would buy again in the future.

Never knew that instant Espresso powder would make such a good cuppa. I am thrilled to find this brand on Amazon so to have a steady supply in the future. I read reviews about instant espresso powders (in general) and this one came up as the favorite and now I know the reason. You will not be disappointed that this is a close comparison to the fresh brewed espresso we all enjoy. Take a leap!!!

Great flavor when added to baked goods. I read other reviews that said that the powder will dry out and get hard after time, so I was very careful to keep the little lid insert in place and to make sure the lid was very tight. The espresso powder still suddenly dried out and was as hard as a rock. It was so hard you really couldn't even compress the little chips to use. I tried adding a water-soaked-ceramic like you would for brown sugar to keep it moist, but it didn't change anything. I didn't try soaking the hard powder in liquid to see if that would cause the little hard pellets to dissolve, but that's a possibility.

So good added to my chocolate protein shake (dissolve in a little warm water to add). I tried it because it rated high on America’sTest Kitchen program.

We like adding this powder to brownies for an upscale taste.

We go through so much of this powder making coffee ice cream that I switched to the larger jars of powder. 1 tsp of this stuff in a 24 oz batch of ice cream base is just about perfect for coffee flavor. Depending on how quickly you use the powder, it may be beneficial to store with a food grade moisture absorber packet inside. I already have those but they were too large (5g size) for the smaller bottle. They will fit in these larger jars. The absorber should keep the powder from getting clumpy which are some of the negative complaints I read. I use the absorbers for other dry storage applications in my kitchen so they're around but I've also used the espresso powder clumpy, just needs to be whisked or frothed vigorously into hot liquid and it's fine.
