Is the carbohydrate value right at <3g? Other brands all have values around 28g. Thanks

On the packet it is written that the carbohydrate value is 4.49g per 100g. In the 500g packet which we bought the total of carbohydrates works out as 22.45g.

Is this good for milk supply?

Indeed, moringa powder is recommended by many lactation consultants, as it is proven to increase milk supply - one study showed the supply of breastmilk more than doubling. There are no known side effects of consuming moringa whilst breastfeeding. For best results, steep the powder in water and consume as a tea. Please note though, that it is always best to consult with your medical practitioner first, especially if you are taking any medication.

Can I use it if I have hashimoto ( meds free) ?

Moringa powder is thought to have an effect on thyroid function, which I understand is what Hashimoto's disease affects. You need to consult your doctor about this, as there does not appear to be enough research available on this.

is the moringa powder contaminated with any other products nuts soya gluten etc

Hello. No, our moringa is free of gluten, dairy, nuts, and soya. Thank you.
