What should I do if the indicator light malfunctions or it fails to lift/lower properly?

Avoid continuous button presses on remotes/wired controls. Check the power cord, circuit board, relays, fuses, and carbon brushes—tap the housing to reposition brushes or swap them out if worn.

The steel rope slips or wear out?

The steel rope is a consumable part - its lifespan depends on usage frequency and environment, and normal wear is inevitable. Lubricate the gears and steel rope regularly (once a month for new units, then every 6 months) and swap it promptly if worn.

What should I do immediately if the steel rope gets stuck on winch?

1) Stop operation; 2) Use the manual switch to adjust the steel rope; 3) If the steel rope is severely jammed, reinstall it following the video instructions.

What should I do if the remote control stops working?

Check the remote and receiver, then re-pair: 1) Disassemble the winch casing; 2) You can see the spring-like antenna with a button next to it, turn on the power and click the button; 3) Hold any key on the remote for 3 seconds.

The electric hoist is loud when using.

The motor of the hoist is a universal motor, which is characterized by small size and high power, but it is inevitable to be alittle noisy. At present, in the field of electric hoist, universal motors are the most suitable.
