Not good not Great

Won't play on any device on my home. (Xbox, ps3, DVD player) we've looked up that if you have a computer you could somehow change format. I'm not technical in the slightest and trying to return this has been hard. I didn't want anyone else to make my mistake. I can not offer any input on the series itself because I can't watch it.
