When the product arrived it had a small dent on the side which i didnt think much of until i went to adjust a spring to accurate angle, i became very disappointed with the product and its lack of quality.

This showed up in a small padded envelope. Nothing else. No additional packing stuff. Not even in a box. Not even with a fox. The end is bent, possibly from transit. Clearly used (maybe more than the community bicycle). The dings and chips (gouges may be a better word) prevent the aligner piece that inserts from sliding properly. I mean, look at those gouges! It came out of the package like that. I figured I’d try it out anyway since I spent over $20 on it. It doesn’t work. What I mean by this is that it “aligns” the front spring crooked because of the bent piece. So the main thing it’s supposed to do, it doesn’t. On top of this, I have to actually return it for the money back, so I’m not going to try bending it back into shape and risk breaking it. Don’t recommend buying, at least from this seller, since they clearly sell used pieces. And if you think this all happened in transit, the packaging was actually fine, so it would be a weird scenario to gouge the product and not damage the envelope.
