UPDATE: Okay, I just took this thing camping in the Adirondacks for a weekend. Lows of 34 degrees and windy. I was sooo toasty and comfy in this thing. The little snappy draw strings also make packing it up and storing it super easy. Amazing purchase, THIS IS THE BAG YOU WANT! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I like it a lot. I’m 6’3” and around 340, it was big enough for me. I’d say it’s good enough for fall/early winter, but I wouldn’t want to be in it below 25 Degree's Fahrenheit. The material is good quality flannel, reminds me of the ones from the 80s and 90s. Feels like it’ll last a long time with some TLC.

Just what we needed for the 6'3" camper. Very comfortable, well made, and warm! Though it is larger than most rolled sleeping bags, it isn't heavy. Confident that this will be used regularly without issue for years to come!

I love this sleeping bag! I use it in my SUV for fall & winter camping.i keep this bag laid out in my SUV travel bed. It is huge! I can turn over in it, not feel restricted. I use an electric throw sized blanket inside it to warm it up. This is basically the same high quality heavy duty super size bag that Coleman has made for decades. Great purchase. I looked at others but I don’t like the slippery factor of the polyester bags. This one is more of a cotton canvas type outer material. Do not get it wet! Also this is a large heavy and bulky bag- NOT FOR BACKPACKING! It’s great when you have the room to toss it in with your gear. great for tent camping on an extra large cot, or on a good R-5 or above sleeping pad. But it’s so cushioned and spacious! I can cover my entire body with room for my 40 lb dog inside with me. I like to cover my head to get warm n fall asleep- I am 5’5” tall and 150 lbs. it’s a bit extra but it’s so much better than being cramped in a bag that is just barely long enough! Coleman has always been a great brand and this sleeping bag does not disappoint! Get one while you can, it’s seriously a top of the line product.

Amazing comfort, big, spacious. Im a big guy and do a lot of tent camping. Great in all seasons but probably too heavy for summer in warm places! This bag with a good pad is luxury camping!

This thing is huge, I'm 6.3 and fit in it just fine. Very thick material too seems warm.

I have another sleeping blanket that is also cottony comfy (a Slumberjack) but the &/*&! zipper went out on it, so I opened it up flat & use it as a comforter on cold nights. Then with hesitation I bought this Coleman, I’ve never spent so much on a sleeping bag, but I wanted another soft one and the company emphasizes its quality zipper. I haven’t taken it camping yet (as someone here already mentioned, it’s way too heavy and bulky for a backpack), but I put it on my bed because it’s a cold winter, I wanted to try it out, and I haven’t removed it yet. I no longer like synthetic sleeping bags, tho I suppose they have their place in backpacking as they’re lighter and more water resistant. I just love the comfy feel of the natural fibers and when I wash it, it’ll be even more so as I’ll use a good softener. Hence I sleep better with this bag and the plaid inner design is so nice because it makes me think of being in a cabin in the woods. My only small concern is that when the weather warms and I roll it for storage I will be unable to make it factory tight so the attached cord won’t make it around its girth and I’ll wind up buying a bungee to give it a wrap. I’ve had Coleman tents and they (as well as the rest of the companies) never make their bags big enough for normal people to fit the tent back inside, so I assume without evidence yet that the cord won’t fit when I roll the bag. Anyway, this is a very warm & comfy sleeping bag for life; if you shell out for it and actually use it, you won’t regret it. Sweet dreams!

This is a very nice, comfortable sleeping bag. It is definitely an extra large in length but also in width. I purchased it because I like a flannel interior, and this one was nice and soft. The bag is also cushiony enough that it improved the pad I was on. I slept well. The only issue is I’m not good at rolling sleeping bags back up, and because this is a larger bag, I had a sleeping bag explosion in no time and had to sit with it crowding my seat on the drive back home. It is large, as I said. Hopefully, your skills at packing are better than mine, as this is an excellent bag and a worthwhile purchase.

Excellent sleeping bag. I'm not overly tall but wanted a sleeping bag that is roomy enough to feel like a regular bed. This one is perfect. The flannelette lining is super cosy and i can pull it up over my head without my feet getting all cramped. Highly recommended for anyone who doesnt need a compact sleeping bag
