Helped my ankles
These were recommended by my Ortho because of achilles tendonitis in both ankles. Now I keep them in my sneakers all the time even when I am feeling better. They are easy to put in, and after the first day I don't even notice they are there. They gave just a little extra angle adjustment to help my ankles feel better. It was also nice that I could use my FSA money to buy.

Work well , fit firmly
These are a good product well made , good pressure relief , very soft cushioning , remember they elevate your heel and change what part of shoe hits the achilles tendon so will not work with all shoes

Love these heel cups!
Love these heel cups! I previously ordered the green Tuli cups, and they really helped the bursitis in my foot and ankle. I wanted to order more, so that I could have enough for the shoes I wear most often so that I wouldn't have to switch them over each time. I saw the grey ones and decided to give them a try. I liked that the sides don't come up as high, yet they still have good support. I recently purchased some Sketchers slip-on shoes and the lower profile makes it easier to slide into the shoes. They are well designed and a good value.

LIFE CHANGING/GAME CHANGING!!
I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these! The back of my ankles have truly been hurting for the past couple of weeks. When I get out of my car after break at work I can barely walk. My rheumatologist had touched my ankles with a little pressure & I wanted to scream. He suggested that I buy some heel cups. I got the gray ones AND the teal ones AND the gold ones. I'm using the gray ones right now for the 1st time at work. They are LIFE CHANGING! NO PAIN! I walked fast from the car 🥹

Too much elevation
These elevated my heels too much which caused worse knee pain. I couldn’t wear them long enough to see if they would help my heel pain.

felt very comfortable at first and provided great relief from heel pain. However, after some time, they didn’t feel as supportive—maybe the foam compressed or wore down. They still work, but not as well as in the beginning. Decent product, but could be more durable for long-term use.

Around a year ago, I had some kind of stress-injury which caused pain through my heel with regular walking - I'm guessing some kind of micro-fracture. One chiropodist said it was plantar fasciitis (flat foot), but I've been a hiker for decades with any problem. I tried insoles and cups which helped alleviate the pain including these. After using them for a year (almost forgetting why I got them in the first place), I removed them recently and continued to walk without any discomfort. I'm keeping them on standby, but would definitely recommend for any kind of additional comfort to help heal or support various conditions. Sometimes you overdo it...
