Listen up. I have watched, so to speak, my aging issue with tinnitus, progressively worsen as I have gotten older. It had typically been less noticeable first thing in the morning and more often not even something I recognized. As of a couple months ago, the buzzing in my head has been the first thing I am aware of after I wake up and always present right up to the end of the day before I fall asleep. Lots of research has been done on this issue, with very little conclusive results for resolving it. Injury and aging appear to be the primary contributing factors of causing tinnitus. I know my own personal protection against loud noises has not always been something I took serious enough when operating or working around noisy machinery for many years, so I have regrets over that. My age is typical of the 1 in 3 over 65 years old that experience tinnitus. No regrets in that regard. It's just a fact of life. However, I have always known there is much that can be done to improve the quality of life through diet and exercise. I am encouraged by the positive results of my experience taking this product. My mornings are now quieter and I am looking forward to continued improvement. Aside from this Arches Tinnitus Formula product, I have added Lipo-Flavonoid Plus, Tinnitus Relief to my diet as well and have seen (or heard) a boost in the improvement these supplements have made for me. It's only been a week since I have been taking these supplements, so that is somewhat remarkable. (Update) Three weeks into this, along with taking Lipo-Flavonoid Plus, I have already received significant improvement in reduced ringing in my head. These products together are truly wonderful.

I took these pills at the recommended dosage for three full bottles - three months - and I can report that it has not helped my tinnitus. My ENT doctor suggested these, saying that some of her patients said they helped reduce their tinnitus. Maybe it works for some people, or maybe it is a placebo effect for them, but it didn't help me at all.

All ringing has stopped. I took it die 90 days. Amazing!

Hasn't worked so far but will keep taking it for awhile.

I got tinnitus about 2 years ago from taking ototoxic medications. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky ones and the ringing didn't stop after I stopped the medication. But fortunately, tinnitus sufferers from ototoxic drugs have a chance with this product. Before Arches I literally tried dozens of products and nothing worked at all. Since using Arches, I found out that it works for me. But it doesn't just work by itself. First I take 480mg a day along with a 1000mg MSM tablet. Some days when the ringing starts I'll take up to two more doses and it usually does the trick. But what I found out that is very important is my diet. If I consume too much sodium, too much grease, too much caffeine, or too much cholesterol, the ringing in my ears can be unbearable to a point that it almost drowns out all other sounds. Even the Arches with the MSM tablets can't stop it. But if I stick to my diet of virtually no salt, no caffeine, low cholesterol proteins, and stay away from fatty food, along with the Arches and MSM tablets, my tinnitus can disappear for days on end, sometimes even more than a week, And usually when it does come back, it's because I cheated on my diet but I tell you what, that piece of pizza or hamburger was worth it! Anyways just want to get this info out there, even if you don't get the Arches because of the price (which is well worth it plus you can always return it on Amazon) you can try adjusting your diet like I did, even before the Arches if I followed my diet the ringing though still there, was a lot more quieter as to if I was eating a bunch of junk food.

Good product at a reasonable price.

I was really hoping for some relief from Tinnitus. I didn't see any results. Very disappointed.

3 years use and tinnitus is stable and tolerable. No taste issues.
