Adequate
I had a round bottom carbon steel wok for over 12 years and used a ring on the burner. Decided to replace it with this one. First thing I noticed, it was a lot heavier so made tossing the stir fry difficult. Second, the inside of the bottom is smooth and seasoned well. However, the sides are not smooth and you'll be lucky to get it properly seasoned. 8 months later, I'll still use it because of the convenience, but will also look for another one

Seems like it is nonstick
Just received a few hours ago and just finished seasoning it with a torch. Did a quick first cook and nothing sticks! Arrived with a scratch in the bottom but doesn’t seem to affect performance.

I LOVE IT!!! BUT IT'S NOT 14" INCH
THE FACT THAT THE MANUFACTURER MISLED CUSTOMERS... REGARDING MEASUREMENTS SAYING IT IS 14" INCHES WHEN IT IS 13 1/2", BUT IT WILL DO JUST FINE. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT IS THE TRIANGLE HANDLE EASY TO HOLD ON TO, WITH EASE.
