Is this device dual powered? Can it be used with an adapter for travel in Europe?

This electrical cube is a straight 120 V 3 prong with usb charging. I purchased it specifically for use on criuise ships. Since cruise ships only provide a single 120V outlet to charge my electrical devices (smartphone, laptop, toothbrush,etc) it works perfectly. Since ships don't have a ground, can't use anything with a surge protector.

Will work with carnival cruise?

Yes, this Cruise Power Strip adheres to Carnival Cruise LIne's policy. It will work perfectly on your Carnival ship.

The back of the plug does not have UL listing but it does have FCC and Intertek logos. And when you search the model at Intertek it pulls up the Chinese manufacturer name Tonghua Intelligent Technology and they list UL numbers UL-498A and UL-62368
