A whole birthday cake in a gel
If you have a sweet tooth and need gels, these are the ones for you. This gel is almost overly sweet, but with there being so many that are bitter or very light in flavor, this one makes a great addition to my nutrition.Typically will have this when things start looking grim on the long runs, and need a good pick me up. The flavor of frosting is enough to put it into another gear. Overall these have been calm on the stomach too. One thing, you need to make sure you have water available as you take this down. Very thick and you may want to wash the flavor of a whole tub of frosting out of your mouth.Highly pleased and is one of my go to gels for longer efforts. These with caffeine or roctane would be the all encompassing perfect gel! For now, will have to pair them with the Cold Brew gels.
