One splash of this 1883 Gingerbread syrup and I was instantly context-switched back to a rainy UK December, wearing an itchy knitted jumper, watching the EastEnders Christmas special, and praying the radiators don't start clanking.It hits you right in the festive nostalgia. The flavor profile is less "artisanal café drink" and more "warm, buttery gingerbread biscuits dipped straight into a piping hot mug while listening to Roy Wood on repeat." It turns a standard coffee or hot chocolate into an absolute time machine. 10/10, though now I suddenly feel an overwhelming urge to go buy a selection box and complain about the weather.

This is better than Starbucks version
I was so pleased to find the Gingerbread flavor, not Ginger, on Amazon. I bought it from somewhere else, ran out and couldn’t find it, not even at Amazon. It’s been several months and was surprised to see it during the late Spring season. I will hold onto this until Fall to enjoy during the holidays. So good!
