Install this in my side-by-side and it works great.

On a 17 Versys, this fits on the right OE dash cutout, as the left is slightly too small. 1 foot of wiring does not get you to the battery- you need to splice in your own wiring, battery rings. If not modifying this to plug into an SAE lead, I recommend wiring into the ignition switch, to prevent forgetting to turn power to the unit via the available touch switch.

I bought this dual USB charger for my small fishing boat. I have to let you know that my fishing boat isn't anything special. It's just a 14-foot Alumacraft that was really meant for paddles. I bought a trolling motor for the back and it works great. I take my two kids out fishing in it and I needed a way to charge my phone. I used to use a small power bank but I wanted something that I could just charge my phone from the trolling motor battery.
