Does this support m.2 with Bluetooth and wifi? Other pcie cards have separate header that connects to usb for bluetooth to work.

Yes, this card support m.2 with Bluetooth and wifi, it will converter the NGFF wifi card port to mini PCIe, so that customer's with older laptops which use intel 7260 mini PCIe wifi card could change their wifi to the newest intel ax200 wifi 6 ngff m.2 card， which means intel M.2 ax200 wifi 6 cards could be used like a mini PCIe version intel ax200 wifi 6 cards.

The picture depicts two holes in the middle, so it looks like this adapter can also be used for a half mini pcie configuration. is this correct?

Really sorry this converter could only install NGFF wifi card inside, due to the original slot for the antenna on a laptop with mini PCIe port is ipex 1, but the antenna slot for NGFF wifi card is IPEX4 so we have been adding an ipex1 to Ipex 4 solt for antenna, the ipex 1 is for the original antenna on the laptop and the ipex4 is transfer antenna port for ngff wifi card

Tough to know for sure seeing how there are so many laptops in use today. The best way to know if the M.2 PCI-E converter will work for your Lenovo t410, is to search Google AND youtube to see if someone may have posted a comment or video related to the topic/question you posted here on Amazon.  If you don't happen to find anything on google or youtube, you could simply order the item and try installing it into your Lenovo and see if it fits and runs/works. If it doesn't fit/work, you should be able to return the item to Amazon, so long as you don't damage the converter, and make sure to keep and include the original packaging, along with anything else that was included with the PCIe converter.
