Read carefully if you want to find yourself leaving a 5 star review instead of a 1 star review!!! #1 - Get out a measuring tape and make sure you understand its actual size. The photos with the tiny @$$ TV on top is slightly misleading and I can understand how people expected it to be larger. #2 - Make sure your TV doesn’t weigh more than 30lbs!! My TV is 55” diagonal and isn’t heavy like it seems some others’ TV’s are from the reviews. The top of my TV stand is not caving in at all and the doors open and shut just fine. #3 - The color. It is actually more yellow in hue than the photos lead you to believe. The photos have a muted white-washed & almost darker tone. Especially the wicker lookin part. I would have preferred muted/white-washed than the color that it actually is but I still love it even with the slightly yellow-er tone. #4 - THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT!!! TAKE YOUR TIME reading the directions. Lay out ALL of the bolts nails and screws and match them with the manual before you get started. For some reason, they put some screws from completely different steps in the same bag. Idk why?? And TRIPLE CHECK everything. TRIPLE CHECK the alignment and the direction each board is facing and make sure you are choosing the correct letter boards!! I almost affixed some boards upside down or put screws in places that would have been irreversible if I didn’t catch it before tightening! Also, the diagram has one error in terms of lining up a piece, and I will let you know what that error is— the flat metal bar that goes on the doors (yknow, the piece that will eventually meet the magnet on the base), this flat bar is incorrectly placed on the door in the diagram. They show it near the edge of the door but it’s actually slightly closer in. This is the only visual error I found though. The rest of the pictures & hole alignments are correct. You must have INCREDIBLE attention to detail, INCREDIBLE reading comprehension, and INCREDIBLE deduction skills. I am smart but this took me 2-3 hrs to do! Not 45 mins! #5 - They tell you not to tighten things immediately until all screws and such on that piece are in line— LISTEN TO THIS. For reasons I mentioned above. Also they said not too overtighten to avoid damaging the wood. Listen to this too. #6 - BE GENTLE. And slow. Get a blanket and lay it on the ground so that as you work on the boards, they don’t scratch or chip. I did all this and it’s a 5 star product for me. If I had missed any of this, it could easily become a 1 star. So just pay attention and do your due diligence!

I really love the color and style of this TV stand. I do wish it was wider but I did read the dimensions on the product description and still choose to purchase it despite the size. It wasn't the easiest to put together and the parts weren't labeled very clearly (though at least they were labeled). There was an allen wrench included but most of the assembly required a phillips head screw driver which is not included. The main reason why it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the inconsistent panel gaps. The two doors have very different gaps where they meet the frame and it's quite obvious in person. All that being said a friend of mine commented on how nice it is and was really impressed when I told him how much I paid for it, so I still consider this a good purchase and it definitely fits well in the space I have. I'm happy.

Needed a new table for an entry way space. Easy to drop your keys in and makes for a really nice, calm welcome spot when walking through the front door. I was able to assemble this piece in about 45 minutes solo. All of the items were well-organized, well-labeled, and packaged with care. I loved how clear and well-printed all of the instructions were, too. Shelves inside the cabinet are adjustable. The inner holes for cables are large and easy to access inside both cabinets. Piece is super sturdy. Might buy a second on for the guest bedroom to use as a TV stand! Highly recommend!

I bought this cabinet to hold our media equipment and DVD’s. I loved the cane style doors and the color of the “wood”. My husband was able to put it together in about 1 hour. It did not come with instructions, but we were able to located them online through this page. Once set up, we noticed the doors were sticking on the top inside corners. I contacted Nathan James. They answered the phone, were extremely friendly and wanted to make sure they dealt with the issue I was having. I was immediately sent an email with a possible fix. Unfortunately, the fix wasn’t for the product I had. I called again on weekend. Once I heard they were closed I decided to hang up and call on the next business day. They next day I had a call from them stating they saw they missed my call and wanted to check to see if there was anyway they could help me out. I followed up and was told to send pics of the issue so they could send that to their tech team. I had an email the next day with a fix for my issue. We were able to make the adjustments and the problem was solved! I had a follow up email checking to make sure I was able to get it fixed. I have NEVER had such impeccable customer service. I would highly recommend their products. I am so pleased with this product and will be ordering more from them in the future.

I love this TV stand it doesn’t come assembled, but I assembled it myself so easily and I have never even have held a screwdriver before so it was super easy. There is so many instructions that are so easy to read. Everyone that comes over says and comments how adorable it is how cute and simple it is. I really like the doors. they’re super cute and add a little bit of abstract to it. Lots of storage and very sturdy. It holds our huge TV so easily I really really love this piece. The price is great and honestly thought it would be more expensive for how great of quality it is.

Hello, i have ordered this product back in July and was not happy with the purchase because the TV console is very tiny and the quality is worst than cheapest IKEA products. i didn't like it, so, i initiated the return and was told that UPS will come and pick up this package. So, it did happened, weeks gone and i saw that i did not receive the refund. I contacted amazon and was told that they haven't received the package. when i checked with UPS, i was told that the package is damaged and it will not be returned to amazon. So, they will issue refund to Amazon. When i contacted Amazon, they said that package was not returned, so, i need to contact UPS. So, back and forth, no one did help me. UPS was sending me to amazon, Amazon was sending me to UPS. Three months in, i am giving up on this. 1. The product quality was trashed 2. Amazon never refund me the money 3. UPS destroyed the return package. This is my last chat with Amazon associate. I bought this with Amazon gift card, so, i don't if i can dispute the amount. All in all, don't buy large/furniture items from Amazon.

The D screws for the bottom part didn't fit in the pre-drilled holes. Holes were to big and the C screw didn't grab onto the D screws for all four holes. I screwed in the metal base and that secured those screw's into the holes enough to complete the build. Directions need improvement.and quality control on pre-drilled holes need to be done. Overall, it looks nice and my TV fits on it.
