I've been using saw palmetto supplements, as part of a hair maintenance program, for roughly twenty years now. As I've maintained a reasonably full head of hair, while all of the men in my family experienced noticeable balding by the age of 40, I'm a believer in its' effectiveness. That's not to say I think it's some sort of magic pill that stops hair loss all together or that it's as effective as prescription drugs, but I have no doubt that it has dramatically slowed the process for me, without any noticeable side effects. Having said that, I must also point out that not all saw palmetto supplements are the same. Over the years, I've tried all sorts of brands; focusing on products that utilize "standardized extract" and fatty acid contents listed as 80% - 90%. In years past, such products were relatively easy to find. However, over the past few years this seems to have changed. These days, most saw palmetto products seem to either list "whole herb", "berries", or fatty acid levels which are down around 45% (if they even list fatty acid content). Basically, too many manufacturers have begun to cut corners and put out lower quality products. Fortunately, this particular brand has continued to put out a quality product which meets or exceeds the standards for active ingredients and potency (i.e. it lines up with what has been utilized in research studies). While a bit more expensive than the "whole herb" and "berry" products one tends to find on store shelves these days, I feel it's money well spent (spending less for something less effective or not effective at all seems pointless to me). This brand has not only become my go to, it's currently the only high quality product I've been able to find.

Hyper active bladder, but with using Triquetra's Saw Palmetto my frequency has been reduced to half the time. The product cannot work its properties if you are taking in sugary drinks and lots of caffeine as all things work together. As I am reducing caffeinated teas past late morning, and have stopped drinking sugary drinks, I find that the saw palmetto is more effective. I now can sleep, at least, four hours without having to get up. That is progress for me, and I am hopeful to make it six hours. Cheers! :)

Reliable good product I would buy again

I find the supplements to be very well thoughtfully designed for the scientifical findings and research ,I appreciate the creativity of the presentation,it's very refreshing,I believe in the science behind the supplement,it acheives the target of it's intended nutritional benefits.Recomendations for the container could be replaced in plastic to make allowances for delivery,for handling and care .

I have observed a reduction in hair shedding and the absence of chin hairs, which is a positive development. The product also offers a pleasant taste and is easily digestible.

This has been a game changer for my hair. I noticed pretty quickly the shedding has become much less. Going to use with Rogan for women and feel much better about the shed phase now.

I have bought this product several times over the past two year. This time the glass bottle arrived broken as the bottom of the bottle was smashed with shards of glass every where. To prevent and mishap or injury I immediately threw it away. It would be nice if I can get a full refund or free replacement as I have been a return customer.

I bought this after reading many great reviews on Amazon US site. I was taking a cheaper berry version which helped to reduce my night trips from 3 to 1 over a month but the pills were large and I had to take 4 a day. I thought this extract would be better just taking one per day. It actually made it worse and I was back to 2 to 3 times every night even after I increase it to 2 per day. Looks like I will be throwing away my remaining half of my bottle and have gone back to my cheaper yet more effective berry version.
