The Best Work Gloves I Have Ever Owned, Period
I have bought three pairs of these gloves, one I gave to a family member. If you made an outdoor/waterproof version that works for farming and gardening I'd buy those as well. I don't use a phone or table when I have work gloves on so to note, I have no input on the touchscreen capability. Overall I highly recommend these gloves. The Good: - Grip: Allen Wrench, hammer, picking up heavy boxes, lifting chairs, you name it, great grip. Hot or cold weather, great grip! - Comfort: There's enough padding in the right places where it isn't too bulky when needing to get an adjustable wrench into a tight area, but enough padding where when you think you can keep up a two hundred pound item on lifts but the lifts slip and you move out of the way in time but it hits your hand at the edge there's no damage (yes this happened to me). - Dexterous: Car keys, holding glass in place, using a hammer, electrical drill, sheet metal, cutting plastic, sanding wood with an orbital sander or by hand? I can keep listing things. I haven't found a fault with these gloves! - Knuckle room: This is important for myself and I don't feel like I have tight or cramped hands in these gloves. The Bad: - If the price didn't flux so much even if it is just up (not down enough) buy a few dollars I would buy a lot more of these! - Not waterproof nor water resistant: Yes this company makes other gloves but unless I got a bad batch they don't have the dexterity that this version has. When my hands are in soil or when I want some more protection from light plumbing work I need dry hands and nimble fingers so to speak. Make these gloves waterproof or water resistant and I'd buy more. - No go for grease/oil: As you'd already expect these shouldn't be used for oil or grease. A little WD-40 for hinges or similar is fine but as we know, there's better suited gloves if you plan on changing your own oil or tooling around on the lawn mower as an example. I don't truly list this as a con as this isn't the purpose for the glove. The Ugly: - Nothing! I truly do enough this glove!

Excellent, comfortable work gloves for XXL hands.
3rd pair I've bought. I literally destroyed the first pair with a full season of home repairs on a house and 1.25 acre yard that some would call a "fixer upper" others would call a brick and mortar nightmare with a poison Ivy garden. Technically I could still wear them but they are pretty mangled. I have pulled metal lathe, cut wood, hammered nails, thread electrical wiring, pulled weeds, dug up dead tree stumps, pulled wild raspberry brambles, moved brick and stone, etc, etc, etc. Man I love these gloves. They fit a lot like mountain biking gloves. I have huge hands, I'm 6'5", finding a decent pair of work gloves is a pain. I typically squeeze myself into a pair of large or extra large leather gloves and just accept that the wrist is going to tear a little as I jam my ogre paws in. No problem with these and to top it off they breathe, have padding in all the right places, are a bit stretchy and just fit so nice. I bought a pair for my dad last year and bought my second pair this year. If you're worried about protection, don't; they will protect just as well as any pair of leathers that I've used (the padding is synthetic leather). Obviously nothing is going to stop a power saw except specialized gloves but for gardening, landscaping and just general contracting stuff these are a great pair of gloves. I've also run em through the washer a few times after a run in with some poison Ivy, they came out clean and intact. The wrist opens up nice and wide and then tightens with velcro straps so you can adjust to your wrist size. All of the potential blister areas are protected and everywhere else has mesh or light padding. Great buy.

Solid choice
Made the right choice with this one. Works well and seems durable. Only wish it was available in my preferred color. My two cents.

Great gloves for mild weather and maneuverability. Fit and quality are also great for me.
I have ordered many pairs of these. They fit very well seem very well made. The color and size are great. I use these when I need something for cold weather but want to still be able to use my hands and handle smaller tasks. Even seems to work good on my phone with these on and other touchscreens which I wasn't expecting. Not for really cold weather but helps when chilly.

Top quality gloves.
Far better than I expected. The large size fits my hands perfectly. The finger tip reinforcements are very good.

The Handyman's Dream Glove: Look no further!!!
Whenever I get a pair of work gloves - fit and comfort - are the first things I grade on. I measured my hands per the instructions online and ordered a medium. The fit was spot on. So far 1 Star. How comfortable are the gloves? If you order them the right size they are very comfortable. The pads in the palms and fingers add desired comfort without being bulky and intrusive. You have 100% of desired dexterity when working. The glove, when fit properly, feels like a natural extension of your hand. 2 more stars. As someone who uses these gloves for hours and hours at a time breathability is also important. These gloves are quite breathable and they are good at keeping your hands cool as you work. I will say that when working out in the hot summer sun you should expect some hand sweating when wearing these gloves. They are dark in color and some sweating is normal. They seem to allow proper ventilation while providing proper absorption so your gloves don't slip around on your hands. They stay secure without needing to over tighten the strap. 1 more star. Do the fingertips really work with my phone? Yes they do. Though I will say if you're doing certain types of work where substances get on the gloves you might not want to touch your phone. The tips do work well on your phone. I've never had any issue. 1 more star. Disclaimer: I personally feel these gloves are ill suited to doing work were the gloves engage a high amount of abrasion. The material on the finger tips are prone to quick wear if you do a lot of yard work that involves pulling weeds, moving dirt, etc. Not really the intended use for these gloves. These gloves are in my opinion too expensive for that type of work unless you really wanted something comfortable. I've got to believe there are better gloves suited to typical yardwork that are cheaper.

PRODUCT UPDATED as of approx 6/2015. Major decline in quality!
ATTENTION: PRODUCT HAS BEEN UPDATED as of approx 6/2015. Major decline in quality. I have purchased these multiple times. Look at the picture and you will see the older version side by side with the new version of this product. My 3 star review can be interpreted like this, The older version gets 5 stars while the newer version 0 stars. I CANNOT stress enough how much superior the older version of the 125 was compared to the newer version. Let me count the ways. 1. Fit; the older version used an extra piece of material on the inside that was a gusset cut that went from the wrist to the webbing of the thumb. and stretch fit is no longer a feature and has been removed from the glove. Old- fits. like. a. GLOVE!, New- Uncomfortable, boxy fingers, very boxy finger tips, palm padding is unruly. 2. Knuckle Padding; You can clearly see in my photo that the padding for the knuckles is now sparse and completely worthless in regards of knuckle protection. 3. Palm Padding; The interior padding is sewn in with lazy stitching. This causes the palm padding to wad up and fold in ways that are not natural to the hand, which makes grasping a tool handle feel very obstructed with gaps and folds of the pad. The stitching of the older glove is much more precise and at the edge of the padding where the newer pad has much overflow (inside) and feels like the glove is falling apart already. 4. Durability; All of the finger tips of the old style use leather coverings whereas only a few on newer style glove. The newer version touts "Touch Screen" as the reason for the improvement, meanwhile they have completely eroded the usefulness of these as WORK GLOVES. Also who in their right mind is going to touch a device's screen with dirty gloves on??? Both version are made in China so it is hard to understand the product update since the product has not changed price one cent. Beware: This listing is for the newer style and not for those currently displayed. I had 100% converted from Mechanix brand after finding these, however, now with the revision I would go back to Mechanix if I hadn't stocked up on the old style of CLC 125 Handyman Gloves.

Great all around glove!
I lost my pair of husky work gloves I was given within a month of my new job so I started looking for a replacement worthy to be worn these hard working hands๐ I wanted something that was good but didn't mind spending 30$+ on a pair of gloves since I use them daily and needed a pair of great fitting, comfortable, durable gloves. I ended up with these gloves since I was frustrated picking between 4 different gloves I wanted and couldn't pick one and decided to try something that looked promising and had plenty of reviews. Man was I glad I went with these gloves! Paid less than 15$ and they meet almost all my criteria! I've been using these since mid November and so far here are my list of pro and cons, I update this list if anything changes. Pros- -Padded palm -Great for tools with alot of vibration (hammer drill, impact drill, jackhammers idk) -If your moving alot of cinder blocks, bricks, and wood. -comfortable! -Moving tools, large boxes ladders, with less hand fatigue -build quality feels good, the more you wear em the more they conform to your hand Cons- -Needs a less boxy / tighter finger fitment -Not the best grip for very smooth (almost glass like surfaces) if you don't grip extremely hard whatever your holding might fall -poor touch screen feedback when wearing these, they do advertise they work with touch screens so this was slight let down, but I'm busy 85% of the time so taking the gloves off to answer an email or a call every once in a while isn't to bad. 8/10 overall!

Good work gloves
Fit my hands well, have a padded palm & decent protection on the knuckles. The fingers are flexible & the thumb is nicely articulated meaning you can be quite nimble when wearing them - unusual for working gloves. They've lasted through everything I've done with them and are still in decent shape. All the stitching is intact, I'm well pleased with them.

They are the nยฐ 1 gloves
Bought those because they are quoted to be the best. My people only want to wear these. BUT, they are expensive and last about 3 weeks. Heavy work with steel, welding, grinding, etc..

Don't Buy
Ordered medium per the sizing chart and can't squeeze Into gloves. Advertised as pack of 2, so assumed it meant 2 pairs of gloves not 1 left glove and 1 right glove, have yet to see anywhere advertise only a left glove for sale so I'm still confused. Gave gloves to younger cousin to use as his hands are half the size of mine and he had worn through 6 of 10 fingers inside 2 weeks. Would give 0 stars if able.

Strong, protective, comfortable
Nice and soft too. Really great gloves, a bit too expensive for me to use all the time but I do love them!
