I am 67 and have been using this for years. Mostly using in doses of 3 or 4 capsules per week for a few months, then cycling off for a bit so as not to disrupt my bodies normal cycles. This supplement, plus creatine are all I use - because they work. I am very fit, no meds. I recommend this brand but consider the recommended dosage of 2/day more than is necessary.
