Will this work on my child’s 20” huffy?

Put these on my son's 20" huffy, and only 2oe 3 turns of the nut was able to thread on the bolt, and stripped the treads of the bolt. The metal, while thick for support ends up being so thick not enough of the bolt is on the outside able to properly grab. At least that was my experience

Will this fit 20" pacific igniter bike from target?

20" yes but they weren't very strong. My dad can fix almost anything so I took it to him. He said the screw on the bike wasn't long enough so he had to put in one he had. Also when my daughter rode the bike with the training wheels, they immediately bent. My dad had to weld metal connecting the vertical part of the metal to the horizontal part. If you haven't ordered this yet, I would suggest a different one.
