Pacifica, Scalp Love Rosemary Mint Serum, 2 Fl Oz

This set is absolutely amazing! My favorite part is the scrub. It is a lovely experience with a nice lather, smell, and feel. The lather—which I was not expecting—actually felt really nice. The salt in the scrub, which is what gives it its scrub, feels like it works well to exfoliate. The consistency is like a grainy shampoo—not sticky or thin. But the thing that surprised me the most is that after I use it in the shower, my hair doesn’t get oily until a few days later! Now about the serum: I love the smell, and it feels very nice. It helps with greasiness over time.

I have been dealing with build-up that has become constant and more like seborrheic dermatitis that will turn into sores if I try to exfoliate it off my scalp. I had tried "calm scalp" and it helped, but it was more treatment than preventative and had a strong vinegar scent that took a bit to dissipate. In addition to that, it was feeling impossible to condition my hair in a way if felt smooth and didn't tangle when I moved. I have straight, THICK, hair down past my waist (top of butt crack really) and I was afraid something was changing that was gonna lead to having to cut my hair or even hair loss (family history of alopecia). Doctor said allergies, changed my shampoo and conditioners to their recommended and no changes. Spent a lot of time exfoliating my scalp, carefully washing and drying my hair, not using anything that potentially added to my scalp. But a day or two and my scalp was a wreck again. We have HARD water. Everything in our shower is coated in white from the lime. We haven't been able to add a filter due to the type of plumbing currently installed and it wasn't my first thought about my scalp and hair until my aunt pointed out the difference in her hair/skin when she washed it in hard VS soft water. ONE USE AND IT WAS MAGICAL. My scalp was so clear. No build up, no crumblies, no flakes, no sores, no itching. And it smelt wonderful. The rosemary and mint were refreshing, small vinegar hint but does not bother me at all. AND MY HAIR WAS REVIVED! Smooth, shiny, tame, no rough patches, and I didn't use any other shampoo or conditioner in that wash. I managed to get about two and a half rinses from the bottle and I may have used more than needed in the first one. I am subscribing to this and only this because of the magic it provided me and saved my scalp and hair.

Been using this for a while and I do like it. Can't speak to hair growth, but it does moisturize my scalp nicely and smells great (although my husband did say I smelled a little bit like a roast dinner!). The smell also doesn't linger once it is rinsed out, which I appreciate. I have fine, thin hair, so I do have to be careful because it does leave a residue if I'm not super careful to rinse it all out with a powerful shampoo when it gets on my hair itself. I did receive a different product on my most recent order (the scalp serum with witch hazel), so I suppose we will see how that does. I use it once a week and let it sit for an hour or so before rinsing it out. The dropper is extremely easy to use and since the product is thinner than some other scalp oils/serums, it spreads well and I've found it a great fit for my hair type, since many hair oils on the market are just too thick and heavy for thinner hair.

My scalp has never felt cleaner and it has definitely made the rest of my hair feel more light and clean as well. Haven't had it for super long yet, but will be doing this once a week from now on! It made my hair feel good all week and felt like I was able to get better washes when I cleaned my hair rest of week. Just make sure to not go hard with the scalp massager, go lightly, because it did leave my head slightly sore (I think I went at it a bit too intensely).

I have been STRUGGLING for several years to find a product to get rid of dandruff along my hairline specifically. I went to multiple derms and used prescription based shampoos and it still never worked. I tried many OTC shampoos. I have never tried a scalp massager so it is very possible it may just be that that helped. But the product is very refreshing on my scalp too while massaging it. It didn’t work as well when I applied the product/madsaged and then shampooed/conditioned. I found better results with shampooing-apply product/massage-shampoo again-then condition! Lots of steps but it definitely works doing it this way. I wish I had before and after pics but I didn’t think it would work so I didn’t think to! I am SO happy I found this combo!

It has a nice scent and quality, but haven't noticed much of an effect on my scalp

Amazing results as you feel your scalp and hair very clean.

If you have stinky hair/head this works great. It’s the only shampoo that takes care of that odor.
