Good product but large grain
Nice taste. A bit large size grain so doesn’t melt quickly but I like it. Taste like honey.

More sweetness per ounce.
This was my fourth buy of this product, and I am really happy with it. I tried other honey powders, but this one has more sweetness per ounce than the other products I tried. It mixes readily in cold milk with my cereal.

Smells Devine great for skin care
This stuff smells fantastic and is amazing. I use it in my milk bath mixes and it really gives that sweet smell and soft skin.

Easy to use sweetener
Pretty good honey substitute. Sometimes it can be overbearing with tea, but if you prefer that taste, it's fine as a sugar substitute. I find that using two plus teaspoons of powder is equivalent to two smaller teaspoons of sugar. Not very efficient in my opinion.

Add to starter base for break making
Was a gift. Recipient added honey powder to sourdough bread. Said it’s easy to work with and added a wonderful new taste to the bread.

NOT 100% hONEY
+I was disappointed when I received this product because it was NOT 100% honey and had cane sugar added. the ad in amazon did not indicate that there was suger added. I could not return it even if I had not opened the orignal packaging. really disapointed as I thougt it was the product i used before.
