Easy to start and great for forearm workouts!
This gyro ball is very easy to start, which I love. It’s the perfect way to finish off an upper body workout—just a minute or so of spinning gives my forearms a great final burn. The LED lights make it fun to use, too. One thing to note: It can get quite noisy as the speed increases. It's not a silent device, but if you don't mind the sound, it's a fantastic tool for a quick muscle pump at the end of your routine!

An excellent well built exercise tool.
This is an excellent product. I bought two of them and so far I’ve had no issues. It took a day to develop the sensitivity needed to keep the unit rotating. Once spinning it only takes a little bit more effort to really get it spinning and it becomes one tough cookie to hold on to. Keep in mind this is NOT a perpetual motion machine. If you stop spinning the gyroscopic ball with your finger/wrist/arms it will slow down and stop fairly quickly. It is tricky to get the feel of it however in time you will be doing circle variations, counter circles, figure 8’s, and finger tip rotations. If you hold it with the internal ball upwards it will slow down a lot faster so KEEP THE BALL OPENING DOWN. A common complaint in reviews is that the wind up gyro starter doesn’t work or breaks. Both of mine have worked just fine. I am assuming that most of the people who have had issues with the wind up starter A.) did not read the instruction paper, B.) failed to hold the ball in place when winding it up, and/or C.) excessively over rotated the starter beyond it’s stopping point. I expect a little common sense would go a long way in resolving these issues. I am very happy with the purchase and have convinced several other people to buy one. The unit has a quality build and I highly recommend it.

Good forearm exercise. Wish it was more grippy.
Easy to use and definitely burns my forearm. I just wish the ball was more grippy. While I am using it, I have to adjust the grip often.

it was very hard at first to wind up ball with thumb on that hand
I broke my wrist and bought this to help strengthen it after cast was removed. Its been a week since my cast was removed and still sore but trying to use this gyro ball at least 5 times a week

Colourful Light-Transparent is a great choice as a gift, (especially for yourself!)
I chose the "Colourful Light-Transparent" option because it comes with a zippered case and a gift box. It’s an excellent gyroscopic ball, nicely weighted but not too heavy, runs smoothly with a satisfying hum. It’s better than the less expensive ball I bought for myself marketed under another brand name, they all look alike right? I was content with that one until I tried the Gyro Ball I bought to give to a friend - it’s noticeably superior for just a couple dollars more! There’s a learning curve with any of these balls, be patient, watch video tutorials, don’t try to match the speed you see on YouTube. I never use the strap because I like to switch hands. The case is great to keep the ball and it’s internal moving parts, dust-free. The gift box is simple but attractive.

It works, but you have to work at it to get it spinning
I saw an infomercial about this Japanese device and was intrigued. It was much cheaper on Amazon, so I ordered one. I have had it for seevral weeks, but I think i just today learned how to get it spun up so that i get some reistance from it. You push this one till the gyro is at it's maximum and then you release it. The key to really getting it wound up is to shake it in your hand like you're throwing a curve ball. So a North South motion rather than East West. This really spins it up so that you can get some significant resistance and improve your arm strength. For the price I thinks it's a great buy and will definetly improve your grip if used reguarly

it takes time to get used to it. it works.
Pros: ✅ Auto-Start Mechanism – No need for strings to get it going. Just wind it up, release, and it starts spinning smoothly. ✅ Great for Forearm & Grip Strength – After just a few minutes of use, you can feel the burn in your wrists and forearms. ✅ Compact & Portable – Easy to carry around, making it a convenient workout tool anywhere. ✅ Durable Build – Feels solid and well-made, with a smooth spinning motion. ✅ Fun to Use – It’s almost like a fidget toy but with real fitness benefits. Cons: ❌ Learning Curve – It takes a few tries to get the motion right, especially for beginners. ❌ Lack of Resistance Control – The intensity is based on how fast you spin it, but some might prefer adjustable resistance. ❌ No Digital Counter – Unlike some high-end models, this one doesn’t track revolutions or speed.

Excellent exercise tool for tennis elbow.
Great tool for exercising the tendons connected with tennis elbow. The faster you rotate the wrist the more you resistance you get and better the exercise. ( Just need to jump start it once before every session using your thumbs, the instructions are given in the box and are very easy to understand) As a tennis and badminton player myself I will recommend this to everyone who plays these sports regularly. Fantastic product!
