I'd been looking into the Pranamat for quite some time after trying out a friends but just couldn't justify the expense. After reading the reviews on this I thought I was worth the chance but wasnt holding out too much hope.How wrong I was, this is near on identical tp the expensive version apart from it's a slightly less quality BUT it does exactly the same thing.I suffer from extreme neck and shoulder pain after a car crash and this has really helped relieve the discomfort and headaches associated with it. I use the pillow part whilst sat on the sofa and roll my neck on it every evening.Highly recommended to anyone who's been looking at the expensive one... no need to spend so much money when you can buy something just as good so much more reasonable.Fantastic product, fast delivery, great customer service.

I Was so excited for this to arrive. It was delivered nice and fast. I suffer long term back problems, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, migraines and muscle tension, I have used this about 10 times so far, the first time I did find it quite unbearable at first till I got used to it, the second time I used it the unbearable feeling lasted for about 7mins before it started to feel like a warm blood pumping sensation and then you can relax a-bit. The more you use it the more you get used to it just don’t move a inch once u have laid on it. I woke up with neck pain (laid funny in bed) got out of bed and got my mat out laid on it for 25-30 mins and when I got up the pain had gone. I do think it relaxes you and the first night I used it I did sleep like a log which was nice but wasn’t sure if that was the mat helping with sleep or coincidence. Love that it has a pillow part to it for the neck area and I have used the balls for my feet. You can take the mat off the foam that’s inside it so I guess it’s easy to replace foam if it flattens to much or if u need to clean the mat. Love the carry bag to, you can roll it up and take it anywhere with you.

Fantastic mat and accessories it's given me so much pain relief without the price tag. I've had acupuncture so im not phased by the mat at all. But if you fell you need to put your gym wear or leggings and a top that's fine too. Give it a go. Try to keep a routine of every day whenever you get the time that's how I think you will get the best out of the product. Hope this review is helpful it's my first one I think the product and people deserve to know before they buy.

I was a little sceptical at first so watched loads of vids on youtube about the benefits.A little back story, I have chronic low level back pain stemming from issues on the lower left of my back. I typically use stretches and physio exercises to alleviate this pain. As a result of my back pain I'm very fidgety in bed and have slept very poorly for a few years now.What this has done more for is my sleep than anything. I'll spend between 15 mins to half an hour on the mat before bed and I am out like a light sleeping the sleep of champions, like my house could fall down and I'm unaware sleep. On the whole my back is in better condition and I don't feel so tight overall.If like me you have round the clock low level back pains and strains this may help supplement your pain management!

Love this product! I bought this on the back of a friend recommending it and it’s much cheaper than other brands! Its a little painful for the first few minutes however the pain subsided and my back starts to get warm as the blood flow increased and I always end up falling asleep! Honestly, it’s such a good buy!

Like laying on a bed of nails, super sharp. Saying that I did actually fall asleep on it. It's hard work getting on & off it without putting added pressure. I tried with a nightie on first go then the next time without, wow, it's torture but it works. Don't pay for a branded one, this is just as good.

I really like this but have reserved giving 5 stars until I start to feel a difference as only used it several times so far. I went straight in topless for 20mins and the pain wasn't too bad. But as a bald man the pillow was horrendous for 5 mins until I climitised to it. I did feel good when I finished though so will come back and re review and give 5 stars if and when my back pain subsides.
