All around great
Years ago my GI doctor actually recommended this cereal, for its high fiber. Still part of my morning routine, a bowl in the morning, works good without causing gas or diarrhea. The texture is similar other brands, softens quickly in milk. Not real sugary which I like. Tastes good plain, with fruit, or honey. Amazons price is better than Walmarts so far.

This is very good and similar to other honey flaky oat cereal. It can also be used in recipes like special K bars. Fiber content works!

Good product but not always shipped well!
This is a good product at a good price but not always shipped well! Just check your package well when you open it to make sure none of the inner packages are compromised. My recent purchase was in terrible shape when it arrived. The container was good, some the boxes inside were crushe. The inner packages were still sealed so I'll keep it.

Extra fiber, extra taste
Want fiber with a dash of sweetness? This cereal is delicious and every bowl is delicious. I sought out this cereal when I was trying to find creative ways to get 25 grams of fiber per day. It is very good.
