So far so good on my 1981 Suzuki GS450S. Powerful crank and has held a charge very well for a little over a year! I recommend keeping the Allen wrench for the terminals in your riding coat or with your roadside tools during rides. Never know if you need to pull the battery and it might be hard to find one from a passerby if you aren’t prepared. I love the 4 terminal option plus plastic caps for the terminals you don’t use. I used all 4 since I’ve modified my wiring and added some more modern parts that feed off the battery directly. It was perfect with the 2 positive and 2 negative terminal system the battery comes with. I left the plastic tray off that comes with it to install below as would not fit my model with it. I was able to get it to fit without it so it’s all good just a bit tight. That’s just the case for any battery on my bike, it mounts under seat, and under the airbox. Additionally, This battery model also is listed for my larger 4cyl 1980 GS550 and is much smaller in height than the standard size for the GS550. That’s great news for that bike, more space to reroute wires if needed.Update: Still good as of 06/30/21

Years ago, I replaced a battery in my Vespa with a MotoBatt and got either 7 or 8 years out of it before it wouldn't start the scooter any longer. Rarely needs to be trickle charged, even over the winter. Sized correctly so it fits well (both my Vespa GTS and the Honda Silverwing that I also own - they use different battery sizes) in the scooters and it has a nice mounting post that makes it easier to add electrical accessories. Compared to $40 lead acid batteries its pricier to initially purchase, but will outlast the lead acid 2 to 1.

My battery lasted 1 year, 6 months. It is installed on a 2008 GS500 in great working condition, parked in a California garage. It's attached to a battery tender when parked more than 30 days (rarely). It holds a 10-12v charge, but it isn't enough to start my bike. Jumping it with another vehicle gets the bike started. Not sure what the problem is, but Motobatt warranty claim website is down. And the list of requirements for a claim seems overly complex, making me believe they really don't want to support claims. Motobatt is supposed to be a great battery, so why would they not want to support claims unless they had a lot more warranty claims than they are letting on. Ugh... the life of a consumer these days sucks.

Having only a few weeks in, can't really speak to long term use, but it fit perfect for me once you decipher the included attachment pieces. Honestly a small diagram would have been nice and I did have to tweak one slightly to allow for it's correct attachment to the post and allow for the terminal to then be secure.Best is the fully, or almost fully, charged state on arrival. I did use my maintainer to check it and top it off, but having ridden several times it's working great. After the last ride I plugged in the maintainer and it was green within an hour!Fits in an '06 GS500 without the included booster box.

Bought this in May of 2017. It worked great the two summers of 2017 and 2018, but would not crank this summer (2019). The motorcycle was stored in a garage through the winter and I had it hooked up to a battery tender. The shop said that it's at 12V but diagnostic tool says "replace". Of course it took me just long enough to figure out that it was (almost) brand new battery that was the issue and I am just out of warranty.The battery I bought at Walmart for half the price lasted 9 years without any of the same care.

I started using this battery after the original battery died. This battery allows you to connect on either side. The original battery was discontinued and the replacement had the connectors on the wrong side. I was SOL until I found this battery. I don't use my Vespa very often, and this is hard on the battery. I use a trickle charger, and that helps. This battery is sealed and seems to last a decent amount of time with the trickle charger.

I purchased the 1st one for a Suzuki motorcycle. It lasted several years before I sold the bike.Bought a 2nd one for my electric bike and go cart projects. It is very durable, takes abuse and just keeps working. Much better than any standard acid filled battery.

This is a really neat idea for a battery. What it has is terminals on both sides of the battery, so the battery can be turned 180 degrees to fit opposite polarity setups, also includes L shape adapters to adapt to vertical posts instead of standard horizontal. The terminals are part of the battery case and with the included allen head screws and wrench simply screw your battery cables to the battery. No nuts to fudge with and drop, the screws screw into the battery direct. Time will tell on life, but the quality looks good, it fits. I'm happy.

Once you take the bottom plastic off the battery, it slots right in the battery box, only done a few hundred miles but confident it'll do the job for a good while to come.

Fantastic fit for my 04' GS500E. The battery is a bit small compared to the stock battery for the GS500, but with a piece of foam it fits perfect. It also comes with a bottom plate to make it wider but it won't fit every bikes battery holder. For the price, this is a long lasting battery and you don't need to deal with acid chipping away at your frame. Make the purchase, you'll be glad you did.
