This is a great product. I had never heard of kinetic sand before. I bought it to supplement my grandson's portable sand box, thinking I would need more sand. I did not need extra and will return this. However - kinetic sand is great for children. It allows them to make shapes like sand castle walls. It also is easy to contain and clean. It feels different than regular sand.

I like this. I’ve played with kinetic sand once years ago and I remember it being slightly more fine. This is more “beachy” sand, just a tiny bit coarser and bigger than extremely fine sand. But I find it very fun to play with. There is a scent to it- I’d compare it to new shoes, I can’t think of a better way to describe it. It’s not bad, just noticeable if you put your face close to it. I didn’t want to keep it in the bag, so I got a container on Amazon (ProKeeper Deli Food Storage Container with Air-Tight Silicone Seal and Dry Erase Compatible Lid) which fits the 3.5lbs of sand perfectly. Overall happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Excellent sensory sand and a great value 2.5 kg pack. It flows smoothly, molds easily, and keeps the kids entertained for hours. Easy to clean up afterward since it stays together in clumps. Extremely satisfied with it!

SA-TIS-FAI-SANT !!! Nous avons découvert ce sable à la crèche et en voyant notre fille s'amuser avec, nous avons essayé et c'est une activité à la fois satisfaisante et relaxante. C'est l'une des seules activités où elle sait rester + de 20 minutes assise et faire des chateaux, des gâteaux, le faire couler entre les doigts ... et maman aussi d'ailleurs. Ne colle pas du tout aux doigts comme du sable mouillé. Si il y en a au sol, il s'aspire très facilement ! Je recommande ce sable. Nous mettons un clip pour le maintenir fermé pour ne pas qu'il sèche, ça fait plusieurs mois que nous l'avons et il est toujours dans son état neuf. Vraiment chouette car on peut y jouer même à la maison. Surveiller qd mm les petits pour qu’ils n’en mettent pas à la bouche ;) je stocke le sable dans une boîte en plastique bien hermétique depuis plusieurs mois et le sable est tjs intact !

Sable que j'ai acheté plusieurs fois, pour mes enfants, en cadeau pour mes neveux et pour ma classe de maternelle. Attention, prix variant de 39€ à 53€ environ. Dans un bac assez plat et long c'est l'idéal pour ne pas en avoir partout. Il ne sèche pas du tout (utilisé dans ma classe sur plusieurs années et à l'air libre le plus souvent). Pour les personnes qui disent qu'ils collent aux doigts, je dirais que cela dépend de l'enfant qui l'utilise : dans ma classe, chaque année, certains enfants frottent juste leurs mains et peuvent passer à l'activité suivante et d'autres, je suis obligée de les envoyer se laver les mains tellement ça colle ! Par contre, je ne saurais pas dire pourquoi... Cadeau idéal pour les jeunes enfants (et moins jeunes, mes garçons de 7 et 10 ans y jouent toujours), hyper agréable au toucher et permet de faire des moulages très facilement et sans eau (en classe, j'utilise des moules lettres de l'alphabet 😉).
