Q: Can you confirm this is real silk? I’ve just received it and am dubious, it feels rather synthetic....

Turn it inside out and snip a tiny bit off the seam fabric. Then put a match to it. If it burns with a flame and then turns into dust it’s real silk. If it turns into a blob it’s synthetic. I doubt it’s real silk due to the price. I am a professional seamstress.

100%mulberry silk. No! It's not too thin.

Q: How do i know they are real silk

The label inside says 100% silk. Though it felt more like satin. However, they are very nice & my hair is definately better since sleeping on them.
