I bought this for my 24 pound 2.5 year old daughter. She is average height and slim. This fit her perfectly. What you would expect of swim suit material and quality - decent overall. I think, it was worth the money and I am satisfied

My granddaughter loved this suit. It was bright and colorful. The straps adjustment help make it a good fit. I was hesitant at first but it is a good value for the money. I'm sure we will get great use out if it for the summer.

Bought the mermaid suit twice, in two different sizes, nine months apart. First time was for my granddaughter to wear on a family vacation. She turned 5 two months earlier. She is the smallest in her kindergarten class so small for her age. I got her the size 4-5 and it fit her perfectly. The straps are adjustable in the back so there was about 3 more inches to extend them. She LOVED the suit and announced to everybody at the hotel pool that she was a mermaid lol. It’s a pretty suit with bright colors. The price was very good. And I was glad to get it on Amazon since it was fall then and cool where we live so there are none in the stores. She was happy to model a couple of photos for you to see it! Ha haUpdate: she loved it so much that I bought the same suit eight months later. She is still 5–going to turn 6 in two months—still the smallest in her class, and she normally wears size 7 clothes. .This time I bought the 6-7. It just fits with the adjustable straps extended most of the way. I kind of wished I had bought the 7-8 but I was afraid it would be too big for her. It will fit for this summer but definitely not again next summer.
