This is my third time buying the big pack, and I'll probably buy it again, as long as it's available. I enjoy its taste even when I'm not feeling congested or cold. The taste is mostly of ginger and good-quality clover honey. The ginger flavor is strong and warming, but it isn't of raw ginger (more like powdered ginger or stewed ginger). The crystals dissolve just as easily when stirred into cold water as they do when stirred into warm water. One can use hot water, too, but I don't recommend using boiling water because I found that doing so changes the taste and creates an unpleasant foam/separation (especially if the water has already reached a rolling boil). It has never given me acidity or digestive problems and has always soothed my throat.

I'm in love with this tea!! I've tried so many different ginger teas and they never have enough ginger. Only a hint, this is very pungent tasting and I love it. i could drink it all day if it weren't for the sugar. maybe they'll come up with the sugar, free or less sugar, but I will keep on buying.

I absolutely love this stuff. I will never be without it, and I am not joking. I love cold drinks but I can't tolerate caffeine or any fake sweetners. So that leaves me with pretty much just a few sodas (Sprite, Crush, etc) but they are so syrupy sweet, I can't really enjoy them. I do love Ozarka bottled water but sometimes I just want something with more flavor! haha! Here's how I found this product: I originally got a little package of the ginger candy chews at a chain store and really liked them so I went to Amazon to buy more. I saw that the mfr also made these ginger crystals so I ordered some too. Holy Moly! They are everything I have always wanted! Here's what I do: I open a 16 oz bottle of water (I always keep a case in my fridge), take a tiny sip to make room, cut/tear open a corner of the ginger crystal pouch, pour in the bottle, re-cap and shake. Since I am using very cold water, they don't melt instantly but they do melt reasonably fast since the crystals are really small. I give another shake or two after the first couple of sips to complete the process. Pros: The health benefits of ginger, which helps digestion and can help with weight loss. The convenience of little packets that I can carry in my wallet so anywhere I go, I can make a quick drink. They have a little zing- not so much during the drink but more in the aftertaste. It's the perfect amount for me but I love spicyness. If you like a less spicy taste, you could use half a packet. At 38 cents each, you can't go wrong. So much cheaper than even the cheapest generic junk drink. No artificial colors or sweeteners. After just a few days of drinking these, I swear I felt less cravings and junk food urges. And it's not my imagination, because that is not what I was looking for- it just seems to be a natural side effect that I was pleased to notice. Anyway, I don't often give such glowing reviews but this purchase is like finding THE LOVE OF MY LIFE! I am now going to put these on autoship, which will bring the price down to 35 cents each. BAM!

This is my favorite ginger tea. It is a little spicy and still quite sweet. Other ginger teas I've had like this were light on the actual ginger and just tasted like honey. I appreciate the flavor profile of this tea! When I have a sore throat or upset stomach, this tea really helps, but honestly it is my daily drink around lunchtime. My only complaint is that I wish I could buy it in a big tub. Individual sachets are so wasteful imo, but other than that, no complaints!

I love these ginger crystals, it goes well with my green tea in the mornings. Helps with my digestion, strong, tasty and full of freshness, good quality. I'll not allowed myself to be out of these crystals. 100% recommend

I bought this big family pack of ginger honey crystals hoping for an easy, soothing drink to enjoy hot in the mornings or whenever I’m feeling stressed or under the weather, and it’s been pretty nice overall! A couple of notes: the flavor leans a bit spicy from the ginger (which I like, but some people might want it milder), and these are sweetened with cane sugar and honey granules, so if you’re watching sugar intake you might want to sip slowly.  Overall — easy to prepare, comforting, and great for chilly nights or when you want a warm, soothing drink. I’d buy again!

They have no caffeine. Also gluten free. Most nights have a cup before going to bed.

I take these daily. They help my digestive system. Just put them in my coffee every morning part of my routine, swear by them.
