I just signed up for subscribe and save. My first experience has been good. I must say my BP was very high I had numbers ranging from 190 to 200 for my top number. The supplement i believe has bought that top number down a lot its ranging from 149 to 170 still high but better. The bottom number is still high but I have been seeing a number of Dr's to get to the root of my the bottom number is spiking. Im currently on 1 bp med but I honestly believe the supplement is doing all the work that is why I decided to continue to take it. I did notice more energy while working out. I have hope this supplement will ad in getting me to a normal bp.

I don’t know I think it’s working

I’m a fairly active person and never would have thought my blood flow was as it was. I am 51, so I know I’m not like I was 20 years ago or maybe even 10 years ago because I definitely noticed a difference within the first hour of taking these. My skin was tingling all day afterwards, my tension headache went away and didn’t return, and that was a big one because that used to only happen when taking pre workout mixes when I used to take them. This stuff lasts however and it’s not time limited. It lasted the entire day for me and I’m usually active all day doing things with anyone of my 5 cars, projects around the house, but I really notice it at my desk working. Note that I also take B supplement, so that helps with the energy, but this stuff made it my blood flow more and was noticeable to me.
