is this strong enough to use on a motorcycle?

Def with the extension it's 60 nm of force

The short bits don't pass all the way threw the ratchet as they do on some hex ratchets do they?

Over time the pin that keeps the bits from passing through and allowing the extension to pass through will wear and it will no longer keep the bits from going all the way through. I've had 3 of these and all have failed over time. Good concept but need to be better engineered.

I am not sure what you mean by Pro T handle. This one is the has ratchet and extension. It is not the torque wrench. The ratchet has a 1/4 bit socket at the base of the ratchet handle. The extension fits in the ratchet in specific position and will form a T handle wrench., It work very well. Hope that helps.
