I have a K4 can I use this with an empty pre used plug in bottle detergent from Karcher ?

You could, but it won't work very well as it won't foam correctly. You really need a snow foam attachment to go onto the end of the spray hose for this to work. I use this with a K4 and the MTM Hydro Italian Foam Lance Foam Gun. If you use that it works really well. Just remember as well that this is a concentrate and needs to be diluted when used. Instructions on the dilution are on the bottle.
