Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, White

This machine has been one of the best investments I’ve made for our office. Setup was incredibly easy, and it arrived well-packaged and securely protected. I was actually working a double shift when it was delivered, and I practically tore into the box because I desperately needed a double shot of espresso! That 16-hour shift definitely called for it, and this machine did not disappoint. I made myself and my manager a quick pick-me-up, and it was exactly what we needed. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but I absolutely love espresso. The machine came with a sample variety pack, and I’ve tried two of the pods so far—both have been excellent. The setup instructions were simple and straightforward: plug it in, fill the water tank, run the initial rinse cycle, and you’re ready to go. One feature I really appreciate is that the pods are barcoded, so the machine automatically recognizes what you’re making and uses the correct amount of water. It’s completely foolproof. When I made my first double espresso, I was honestly nervous it was going to overflow the glass because the crema was so thick, rich, and beautiful (see my attached photos!). It looked like something you’d get from a coffee shop. I also made a vanilla cappuccino using the included milk frother. I added two pumps of vanilla syrup to the frother, poured milk to the lowest fill line, and let it do its thing. The result was an incredibly creamy vanilla milk with a dense, velvety foam on top. It was absolutely divine. The machine itself feels solid, sturdy, and well-built despite its compact, space-saving design. The espresso comes out at the perfect temperature—hot enough to enjoy immediately without burning your lips. Cleanup is effortless as the used capsules are automatically ejected into the rear collection bin. To help keep everything running smoothly, I plan to run a rinse cycle at the end of each workday. It’s a small step that should help maintain the machine over time. Only time will tell how it holds up with regular office use, and I’ll update this review if I run into any issues. But based on my experience so far, I couldn’t be happier. For the price, this machine delivers outstanding value, excellent espresso, and the convenience of making coffeehouse-quality drinks with the touch of a button.

I don't write many reviews on Amazon but had to come back 15 months later and put a review here as a warning for those still considering purchasing this machine. First - it makes GREAT coffee. Really good, out of the box, best-coffee-we've-ever-made-at-home type of thing. I get why this machine gets so many 5* ratings soon after purchase. BUT - and it's a HUGE BUT - the reliability of this machine is dismal. We have been owners for 15 months. We use filtered water. We run the "clean" cycle weekly and the descale cycle with genuine Nespresso descaling solution as directed. We make between 2-4 drinks a day on average. We have been unable to keep it running. Nespresso support are very good - we know, we've talked to them A LOT! Our first machine broke after about 6 months. Blinking orange light. Nespresso support were very good. They sent us a refurbished machine as an advance replacement. We got the machine unboxed and then used the same box and prepaid shipping label to send the broken machine back to Nespresso. Zero cost to us but no Nespresso for about 7 days waiting for the new machine. That second machine broke after about 7 months. Blinking orange light. At this point we are just out of warranty but Nespresso were still good. They sent us a prepaid box to return the machine so they could try to fix it. When they could not, they sent us a refurbished machine as a replacement. Zero cost to us but no Nespresso for about three weeks waiting for the new machine. We've had this third machine for 2 weeks. It broke this morning. Top button stops working. We've been on the phone with Nespresso support and are waiting for a call back. Is anyone is considering purchasing please look beyond the "I've just unboxed this machine and it makes amazing coffee" reviews. Take some time to find and read reviews online (not just on amazon) from owners who have owned the machine for a while. The two failures we have experienced are well known and extensively documented online. There is a design and/or quality issue with these machines that has the potential to stop these machines working in ways that you cannot resolve at home. If you are set on Nespresso, find another machine - this is not the one!

You’ll never buy coffee at a store again.

I love my Nespresso! I have had it for a few months now, and have had no issues. I am one of those girls that usually gets an iced coffee on her way to work every morning and this has broken that habit! I Have saved so much money since buying this machine. It is well worth the initial investment. Super easy to use, and quick! I used to have a Breville machine that took ground espresso, but it was way too much work. This is so simple and easy, just pop in a pod and boom! Delicious coffee! The machine is not very loud either, which I appreciate. MUCH better coffee/espresso than any other pod coffee machine I have owned in the past. I hesitated for a while prior to purchasing, but I wish I had just gotten it sooner!

Update: The customer service representative worked with me for one hour. She was impressive and patient and ttrird everything. The machine is defective. She’s sending me a new machine. ————- Horrid customer service. The machine stooped working after two weeks and none of the online videos or other suggestions helped. I also list my Bluetooth connection to the machine and am unable to restore it. I’ve tried calling customer service e. Was online for 20 minutes before someone picked up the phone — and hung up before greeting me or awaiting my greeting. Surreal. I am now trying again. 22 minutes - and no one has picked up. This is rare and absurd behavior.

The difference in coffee is night and day. A co worker had made a " coffee" for me and I was sold. No more keurig for me!

I have been wanting a nespresso machine for a very long time and always thought they were too expensive. I came across this machine and it came with frother and 3 sleeves of pods for $120 so I went ahead and got it and it was the best purchase I have ever made! I love Starbucks lattes and speciality coffee so a nespresso is ideal for me. I haven’t even thought about Starbucks since I got it. I see there are a lot of issues with the app, I however did not have any so far. I have had it about a month now. It’s really easy to order pods and recycle bags from the app! The milk frother is what takes your coffee to the next level. I love to put flavored creamer in it, it is heavenly. Easy to operate and not a super bulky machine. Also works excellent for iced lattes as well. I look forward to my morning coffee even more now, and prefer it to Starbucks any time. If you have been thinking about getting it, do it. You will not regret.
