Works well

These resistance bands work well to use when exercising. It's nice that they come with an extra bag for the door anchors. Worth the price and have not snapped since I bought them.

Seem well made, seem easier than they should.

I got the advanced pack and I have been free weight lifting for 1.5yrs now. I have been using 35lb dumbbells for curls and other exercises and it's been time to upgrade for some time now. Took out the 40lb band and set myself up for doing bicep curls...with a wide stance felt way easier than my 35lb dumbbells. Moved to the 50lb and it was a bit better but still felt easier than my 35lb dumbbells. Now I will say that curling the bands felt way more comfortable than big giant dumbbells, so that might be why it feels so much easier. Either way good product, seems well made, is comfortable to workout with...but with they had one more level higher as these are too easy. Might need to combine the 40 and the 50 together :'D.

I purchased the smaller ropes for re-hab. after a shoulder operation - worked well. Now recovered, I went for the larger capacity - they do the job.

Grip abrasive on sides, discolored bands

The resistance bands feel pretty good and nice variety of resistance. The handle is soft and good size. The grip handle should be wider or the connector material should be made of a less abrasive material than the course canvas feel. Too much use and you will feel the friction on each side of your hand. From this set, the green band (40 lb) now looks tie-dyed and discolored with the red (20lb) and black (50lb) showing early signs of the same. From the other set, the blue (30 lb) band also has the same issue. They look like that white cloudy discoloration when plastic has been stressed and loses its integrity, but I can't tell if that is the case here.
