How many come in a pack?

I am not sure if they are sold in packs. The ones I purchased were sold separately.

Would these Vanity Fair Hipsters look and feel good on a guy ?

I love them. I think they're very comfortable and really cute. Full coverage in the back and enough room up front not to feel tight.

why is it saying plus size when i chooose med 6

I have ordered several pairs size 5. I am 5 ft. 100lbs. they fit perfectly. I was concerned it said plus size but I tried them as I checked the style number etc before ordering. They are just regular size and fit perfectly like the ones I used to get at Macy's. Macy's doesn't carry these anymore that is why I get on Amazon now.

new version of 18210? ie best panites ever.

Our Illumination hipster is similar and we think you’d love it. The stretch fabric of Illumination provides unbelievable comfort. Thanks for your interest in Vanity Fair.
