AS DESCRIBED
I had to return the item as it was not suitable for me. However it was very nice and would gave been ideal if I had read the spec properly. Return was very easy and no problem with refund. Very happy with the service.

Great product
Great product when finally arrived- first 2 never did although delivery report said they had. Amazon great at refunding but leaves you very anxious and big time delay as a result

Acer Chromebook
Very compact and flexible, it does not have a camera or dvd player or word but easy to use for searching and youtube etc.

Build Quality extremely bad
This is the worst laptop purchase I've ever made. The build quality is absolutely diabolical and it all just fell apart after 1 year 2 months of usage (2 months out of warranty). An absolute waste of money.

Excellent laptop, highly recommended
Review Acer Chromebook 315 CB315-2H - (AMD A6-9220C, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC, 15.6 inch Full HD display, Google Chrome, Silver) 2nd September 2020 I bought this in March 2020 to see if it was good enough to replace my 9yo MacBook Pro. Paid £240.98 (it was on offer). The simple answer is yes. I like the bigger 15.6" screen (macbook was 13"). It is quick enough for everything I do. There is a change of mindset, everything is now stored in the cloud, it hooks up to Google Drive and Dropbox with no issues, they appear as folders in file explorer. Documents are now edited in browser with Google office apps, which also means they are accesible from my iPhone. I can play flight simulator, I didn't expect it to work on such a 'low spec' laptop but the graphics refresh is good. I develop software and am able to use VSCode via the inbuilt linux mode, easy to setup - a few button clicks. I even edit 4k video on it using WeVideo.com for my YouTube channel. It has access to google play store and all the apps available there. It has an offline mode allowing file access and editing when there is no internet connection available (not video editing). I purchased a USB-C adapter which gives an HDMI connection to my larger monitor, it works perfectly, including audio. I also use a bluetooth mouse and usb keyboard without issue. The laptop has 2 x USB-C ports which are also used for charging from the supplied power adaptor, a mini headphone jack, a microSD card reader and 2 x USB3 ports. I am delighted with it, I haven't come across anything it won't do. At this price point it is far better than I thought it would be.
