Excellent
The package containing my keyboard & mouse arrived promptly. Both are designed very well & look very smart in my study. They are excellent value for money are both easy to charge & are extremely easy to use. The keyboard itself gives a very positive typing experience whilst being unobtrusive due to it's sleek design. Both items connected to my pc straight out of the box after plugging in the usb, & having no cables allows me to use them elsewhere. They're both lightweight & I'm really impressed with them

Great functionality and very tactile.
Ergonomic design could not be better. The keys are very tactile and reassuring. The keyboard doesn't slip all over the desk like some keyboards with plastic feet. I like the fact you can turn the keyboard and mouse off. Very clear layout and is definitely the best keyboard I've ever used. Great value for money. Would definitely purchase again without second thoughts. Gra. C.

Attractive and comfortable combo, nice to use
Very attractive and comfortable, lovely to type on, but after a couple of months some keys started randomly & intermittently not working. Arteck replaced it, and the replacement is working fine - good customer service. The mouse works well and is also attractive and comfortable.

Quality keyboard and mouse
I got this on a discount then another voucher so it made it more within my price range I was prepared to pay. Let me say this is worth the full price. A wonderful, very responsive keyboard and the mouse is smooth and responsive too. A quick plug in and play. No pre-charging necessary. This replaced a similar set-up that some keys stopped working, but it was used for 4 years or so though. That was battery operated and this is charged by USB-C. Now I can save on batteries too. Very premium feel in both keyboard and mouse. I like that the mouse has some weight to it. There are some keyboard shortcut keys that could be helpful like the calculator. Iโm very pleased with this. Came packaged well and set up in 3 minutes. Canโt ask for more than that.

Mouse is Great, Keyboard Isn't
I bought this set back in December and it took me a while to work out I had an intermittent problem with the spacebar not always working. I wrote a two star review for the set after a few months (after the return window closed) but Arteck saw it and got in touch directly to organise a replacement, which is something they seem to be very good about doing having looked at some other reviews. The new keyboard seems to be working perfectly so I am replacing my original review to say that I would have no problem recommending this to anyone after a wireless keyboard and mouse set that runs off a single USB socket. The mouse is comfortable to use, and the keyboard is very thin and streamlined, but is very comfortable to use and has some great features built in to the F buttons at the top, selectable using the Fn button next to F12. I also love that each unit is USB chargeable (micro-B) which is a great battery saver, just so long as I remember to plug them in to charge them every so often. If you do buy this and have a problem, get in touch with Arteck first as they're great at making sure their customers are happy.

Excellent product, even better customer service!
Keyboard and mouse arrived on time and well packaged. Delivered with care by the delivery driver who was respectful of keeping his distance due to covid. The keyboard and mouse feel really well made and look really good. The aluminum backing on the keyboard is really nice and gives what is an ultra thin keyboard a good solid feel. Typing is quite quiet on this keyboard and the keys feel good. Due to the height of the keyboard typing doesn't give you wrist fatigue like you get from other full size keyboards so typing for long periods isn't an issue. The mouse is fully rechargeable as is the keyboard and like the keyboard it feels well made. Fits in the hand well and doesn't have you reaching for the left and right mouse buttons. Scroll wheel also has a satisfying feeling when you scroll as it has just a little resistance so you can't accidently scroll when using the mouse. This is the second time I've written a review for this product but due to a mistake with the delivery (Amazon's fault, not Artecks) the Arteck customer service team had to resend me the keyboard and mouse. I would give 5 stars for the absolutely excellent customer service Arteck have provided and another 5 stars for the product. They really went above and beyond to make sure I received a great service. Would totally recommend the keyboard and mouse and buying any product from Arteck. What a great company!

Highly recommend
Love the look and feel of this, it's very sleek & much easier to use than a standard keyboard. It's connects easily and both the keyboard & mouse have an off switch when not in use. It's perfect for me due to having MS. I don't get shooting pains or cramp in my wrists like I used too with a standard keyboard.

Initially impressed. keyboard died after six weeks, but customer service outstanding.
Be sure to read through to the end. First impressions (written a few days after I recieved the keyboard) OK, it's very early days yet so this should be regarded more as an unboxing review rather than a full review proper, but here's my initial impressions. 1.) It's an extremely attractive package. For the last 30 years or so, I've used either Microsoft or Logitech. My last four or five have been the cheapest Logitech. I tend to get about a year out of them before they give up the ghost. Last one was April 2021. I would have bought the same combo package again, but they didn't have them in stock so I would have had to wait until March for a replacement. It's all about that Brexit, Stu. Boris Johnston and Brexit. They're what are stopping me getting my Chinese keyboard. 2.) Very slim, attractive package Stainless steel backing plate looks substantial enough. fully expect it to outlive my old Logitech's but only time will tell. 3.) No batteries! It's rechargable. It works while its charging, so it won't stop you from working. I love this feature. I'll update after I've used it for a few months but so far I like what I see. Six weeks in. (8th March 2022) So, the keyboard died on me yesterday. It started to continuously output the numbers 34343434343434343 (or sometimes just 33333333333) and nothing I did could fix it. I thought maybe a key was stuck so I wiped them down with a damp cloth -- but they all seem to be fine. Tried to get in touch with the manufacturer for support. Amazon refers you to their website, but there's no support section that I can see. Company email address? Is that it? Seems kind of unlikely. So here I am, just six weeks in and I need to buy a new keyboard. Very disappointed, because I actually really liked the keyboard and mouse. Here we are, six weeks in after a single charge and the thing was still working really well. Right up until the moment it didn't. I'm pretty sure that it says there was a two year warranty on this keyboard too, but I'm damned if I can find a place where I can invoke it. Perhaps Arteck will see this review and do something about it? Until then though, I can't recommend this keyboard. One star. Quick reassessment: The guys from Arteck did see this, got in touch with me and were happy to send a replacement keyboard. Now, I'd already bought another keyboard in the interim, so there is that, but as soon as Arteck saw this they got in touch and arranged a replacement. So I think you can buy with confidence that if your keyboard does die on you, Arteck will do the right thing byyou and make good on their warranty. Thanks, Arteck.
