You need to push the pump down while turning to release it.

I have colored hair, anyone notice faster color fade using this?

Now actually works very well on colored hair cuz I have highlights in it looks even healthier than when I use other shampoos

I don't know. I do color my hair and I use this shampoo and conditioner on my hair and haven't had any problems. This shampoo seems extremely mild because it does not foam up like other shampoos.
