Air Pump Diaphragm Rebuild Kit Replacement for Hiblow Hp-60/Hp-80

Ordered yesterday. Delivered by 8am this morning. Fixed by 9am. It took about 10 minutes. Easy fix. Perfect fit and working well. The diaphrams I had in there were shot!

Works great. Rebuilt pentair pump. 6 months going strong. Saved a lot of money.

We install sewer treatment plants and redo the air pumps. This kit is amazing and makes that an easy job!!! Recommend if ants have yours sounding like its working but is doing nothing for the smell of your system.

Open my old unit and find that the rubbers had torn after 5 years of service. Found the replacements on Amazon, ordered, received and replaced. A new unit was $284

Very easy install, but they failed within about 4 months, which was very disappointing. Going with Hiblow brand from now on.

Parts work well, they are difficult to get together, Not exactly oem, but the price is right Update They worked for 7 months

fits my Hi-Blo 80 that runs 24/7 for my aerobic septic system you don't really need the full rebuild kit unless the other parts need replacing. Just a diaphragm replacement works for me. These last 1-2 years, and take about 30 minutes to replace Handy hint - replace one side completely before doing the other. If you take both diaphragms off at the same time, it's a lot harder to get them on, as the motor magnet keeps pulling it out of alignment

Good fit for my bionest pump, easy to install, they lasted for 8 months wich is significantly less than the original ones. Surprinsingly they didn't perforate, on the contrary they became so rigid that they wouldn't oscillate anymore.. Will be trying HiBlow original ones next.
