This is an awesome chair. Assembly was super easy. I could’ve assembled this chair after consuming an entire bottle of bourbon and throwing a few pills in the mix... thus, those complaining about assembly are... how do you say... really bad at putting things together. The complaints about smell? Also not an issue unless you’re sniffing your chair with your nose pressed against it. Which is probably another issue you should talk to a therapist about. The complaints about missing parts? Also, not an issue. The complaints about squeaking... nonexistent. Tighten the screws, people. Good grief. It’s also a great bang for your buck. It’s sturdy, comfy, and looks cool. End of review.

I loved the look of this chair so much I bought 2 for my Home Office. After 8 Month both of my chairs I bought are sat through. I am sitting basically on the plate. They look so cool but have bad bad bad cushion support. DO NOT BUY. Seller also does not respond.

I love the look of this chair. It is not perfect though by any means. After assembling, the back wasn't straight with the rest of the chair. I was able to slightly bend it and then re-tighten the mounts. The material is comfortable. I'm curious to see how long it lasts. The base is sturdy. The armrests are not bent exactly the same, so if you are picky, this may not be for you. One of the bolts was cross-threaded from the factory in the armrest pad. I was able to pull it out and work the threads until it was cleaned up and usable again. For the money compared to similar chairs on the market. This one is well worth the money.

I have to say I’m more then a little confused by the negative reviews, this is the best chair I have ever sat on, I am 5’10” and 200lbs and this chair is perfect if not roomy. Great back support, it feels like a gaming chair while still looking nice and professional

Update: The people there at Ovios fixed my issue entirely and quickly! (They offered me a full refund or a replacement without return) I would have no issue ordering from them again. A+ Update 2: Its been 2 months and I still absolutely love this chair. The creases, while still there, haven’t evolved into tears or cracks and the cushion is still more than comfortable enough to support me while I work for multiple hours at a time. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who’s looking to purchase! Update 3: It’s been about 6 months now and the chair is still operating wonderfully! I did have to use some WD40 on a joint on the bottom to stop it from creaking when I leaned back but that took me 5 seconds and has held up quite well for these past few months. Update 4: it’s September of 2021 now and the chair is still holding up great! No cracks or tears. Some of the stitches got pulled out but it’s nothing huge or terrible. Some squeaks that were easily resolved with WD40. All in all - great chair! Would buy again. Let me start off by saying I love the chair overall! The style is absolutely gorgeous and the metal legs and armrest really make a statement when you feel in the chair. The material has a nice scent to it and is very comfortable to sit on and, while the setup is a tad confusing, the controls of the chair are more than easy to pick up and start using. I do have a few complaints, however. (These will all be pictured) Firstly - the instructions were very confusing when I was setting the chair up due to the mislabeling of parts (the names were reversed in some sections and I've included it in the picture). This is a rather small complaint since, really, you don't need the instructions to set this chair up since there are basically 5 parts to it and it's pretty self-explanatory. Second - Some of the stitching on my right-side armrest seems to be a little loose right out of the box. I noticed this as soon as I unwrapped it but, since it's such a small imperfection, I've just decided to try and ignore it - but it is noteworthy. Third - The left side armrest seems to be about a half-inch higher than the right side. This makes it difficult when I try to get them both to just barely sit underneath the desk for some work sessions and they don't both clear correctly. To solve this, I was able to stack some washers between the armrest and the base of the chair to offset it, but I am worried a little bit about its long-term stability. I'll be sure to make a follow-up edit if anything happens. Fourth - My biggest concern is the wrinkling of the seat itself. While the backrest is fine, but actual seat part of the chair seems to already have gotten stretched out just a tad and is causing it to wrinkle when I get off the seat. My fear here is that, just like the chair I replaced with this one, the wrinkles will eventually cause cracks and cause me to have to get a new chair. I waited 2 months to receive this chair and, in the end, I really do feel happy with my purchase! I just wish I could give it a higher rating since it really does deserve it, but I think there needs to be some higher standards in the QC department for me to dignifiy that.

This chair arrived with very noticeable stitching errors (bright orange thread on dark brown) Seller said I should try to fix on my own. How can I fix crooked & looped stitching? The chair is very uncomfortable, causing your shoulders to hunch forward. Needs lumbar support. I requested a pickup at sellers cost, because the stitching defect was not my fault. Refused to pay return shipping or send someone to pick up this HUGE heavy box. 3 different Amazon reps said I would receive an A to Z refund, and to dispose of chair. I did, and now an Amazon supervisor is saying to retrieve it from the dumpster, pack it back up in the box, take it to shipping co, & pay for shipping myself. I am sooooo furious.

i really like the look of it missing an important washer squeaks, can probably fix with wd40 when i find some the recliner lock sometimes comes undone now, ill have to look at it and figure out if i can tweak it alot of the seams are zippers on the back, but the zippers dont have the like zipper things to zip them so its just a zipper zipped up with no pull..... uhhhhh idk, anyways one of the seams like came undone and i cant zip it back up. for the money its a 3/5 basically because it looks really classy and pretty comfortable, all the functionality could definitely be perfected and it would be a fantastic chair.

Super easy to assembly, the seat is a little hard but not uncomfortably hard. The color and fabric material is stunning and looks like really nice quality! It looks perfect in my space I’m so happy with it!
