How do you attach these pads to your clothing. Would these work for holding up blouses on your shoulders so they don’t fall off on the sides

I used these for a theater costume, so i just attached with safety pins. You could do that or sew them in. They do not come with a way to attach them. These are pretty small, so they probably would give you the lift you need without going too 1980s.

These sort of cover your shoulder, so it would depend on which direction you blouses were sliding.

Do these shoulder pads give more definition to rounded shoulders?

Yes, more definition. I have narrow shoulders and add these pads with velcro (rough side) and put in the shoulder of T-shrts, blouses and sweaters. They can be taking out and used in another garment.
