As keen gardeners, my wife an I were looking to get the right pruners for our pre-winter garden tidy up. We knew Davaon from a previous order and knew they were bringing out new pruners and couldn't wait to get them. Firstly, this bypass pruner looks like a high quality pruning shear and it feels like one too. As soon as I picked it up I knew it was going to be good and it sure didn't let me down. It is comfy and not heavy. The new rotating grip took me only 2 goes to get used to, as I've never used one like this before, and I noticed the difference it makes straight away. Usually I struggle with cutting thicker branches but the rotating grip made it seem so much easier. It rotates nicely with my hand grip and didn't feel as though I need to put to much work into it. It's got some serious cutting power for little effort. The blades are obviously very sharp too. Next I moved on to the roses, which I usually have to take great care around. The wider protection guard did its job and I was able to use it to push thorned stems out of the way and keep them clear from my fingers. I thought it might get in the way but it didn't at all. It's a great benefit and glad someone has thought of it. Overall I would recommend these without hesitation and worth it.

I finally had to dump my old pruning shears when parts fell off & they became difficult to open & close. These shears look a bit strange & feel a little funny at first, but once you try them, you'll never go back to old style shears again. They work beautifully, much more easily than my old pair, & I've been able to cut some small branches I couldn't have with my previous shears. I do gently rub/clean off the dirt when I'm finished using them & give them a light spray of lubricant to keep them in good working order.

Decent quality and value, for light duty trimming. Knuckle guard does indeed provide protection from painful pricks.I paid full price, the shears were promptly shipped by Davaon.

These are terrible. They open FAR too wide to be of use but you get what you pay for. Even people with ridiculously large hands would find these hard to use. Spend the extra money and get a good pair that will last.

I decided to purchase these shears due to the fact they are very highly rated on amazon.First impression is they are solidly put together and i perceive the materials are of high quality. When i first opened them, i tried to cut paper and i was able to without any snags, so i knew the fit and function was certainly sufficient for my needs. I then went to my garden and began to prune some bushes. The 30% less effort claim didn't hold up in my experience. For anything over 1/2", you still need decent strength to get through it. The blades are plenty sharp though and i would say they are on par with any other shears i've used. The final thing that i am still on the fence about is the swiveling handle. They say its to reduce hand fatigue which i can believe it would help, but it definitely takes some getting used to. Pruning is something i try to spread out over time so i think its going to be more of an annoyance than an asset. Overall, nice set of pruners. I am just having a hard time getting as excited about them as other people are.

I had a different pair of pruning shears for years, which I absolutely loved, but one day they just disappeared. I knew as soon as I bought a new pair, they would show up. And of course that's what happened. But the Davaon Pro Bypass Pruning shears that I ordered on Amazon were already on their way. Well, it must've been divine intervention that I (temporarily) misplaced my old one because this Davaon pair is so far superior! I was shocked at how much easier they are to use and how easily they cut. I wish I would've bought them long ago. I highly recommend them.

If you have not orders one and you love your garden...you have to buy one. This is the best outdoor cutting device I have ever used.I was raised in a nursery, worked in the retail side of plants and landscaping and this device is the best.Power to cut almost anything, sharp, easy to cut and I love the hand and knuckle protection it provides from sharp thrones and stickers.Fro the money this is the best, if you have 3 or 4 shears for the garden like I did, order one and throw the rest out!

These cut so well and feel so good in my hand. My hand doesn't get achy when doing a lot of pruning. Easily cuts branches slightly larger than my old pruners this size. Highly recommend. Oh, I really like the swivel handle - no need to re-position the pruners in my hand while using them.

Cut through some thick stems.

Inizialmente ostica da tenere, ma ci si abitua velocemente; taglio pulito e netto, con poco forza si riescono a tagliare remi importanto. Per ora è un buon prodotto, alla potatura autonnale, faremo le dovute controprove.

Me explico la tijera es muy manejable, se gira sola con lo cual mientras podas no tienes que hacer tu el giro, además te protege de roces y eso hace que no retrocedas por miedo a hacerte daño. El corte es muy bueno pero el pero que le pongo es que me da la sensación que es un poquito gorda y eso hace que no pueda cortar bien rente las ramas en algunos casos

Outil de bonne facture.La poignée rotative facilite effectivement l'utilisation (même si au début il faut un léger temps d'adaptation), la main se fatigue moins. La protection supplémentaire sur la poignée, c'est top, ça évite les éraflures étant donné que personnellement je n'aime pas bosser avec des gants.Donc pour le moment, que du positif!

Taglio preciso sia per rami più grandi che per foglie. Buona impugnatura e seno di robustezza. Consigliate.
